I've been with my boyfriend for a little less than a year, I want to get him something really nice that he'll love... But:
-I'm on a pretty tight budget, i've got less than 100$... more like 50...
-I've already gotten him the whole picture album with pictures of us thing for his birthday...

I was thinking that I could get him a stocking with lots of little things inside, like a small teddy bear, candy, some pictures etc... but I want to give him other stuff as well.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

i am a Christian. i've been one for almost 2 years. but, i have some problems...its about nonchristian music. i have a list of nonchristian songs that i really like:
"SOS"
"Deliah"
"Cold"
"Face Down"
"Colors"
"Wishes"
songs like that. i also listen to Christian bands, like:
Skillet
Hawk Nelson
Reliant K
Barlow Girl
Superchick
Toby Mac
Steller Cart
(thats only 1/3 of the Christian bands i listen to)
my problem is that i dont feel bad about listening to nonchristian songs, but should i? i don't like songs that sing about s3x, rape, murder, crap like that, but where do you think i should draw the line? i like the songs that say, do your best, help others, and of coarse, love. whats wrong with that? please answer, it would be nice to hear other Christians opinions. thanks.

once i saw a shadow of someone standing and looking at the calendar on the wall.. once i woke up and saw a lady with blonde hair .. her hair hanging over her face..when i reach to touch her she vanished.. once i woke up and went into the kitchen and something white crossed my path..the other night i woke up and when i went to go to the bath room i saw a cage on my dresser.. a week before that there was a cage there with my daughter ginea pig.. but when she moved out she took it with her..also i wokd up once and saw a little deamon over my husband when i blink it was gone...

They had two main ones on earth, they have the babel story, flood, garden of eden and how they created the man they called a lulu, or mixed up one. the other god was a friend to man. A few months ago my church (Baptist) decided to have a free movie night for the community. The movie was Facing the Giants.
We wanted to invite the people in our surrounding neighborhood to fellowship and find out the needs in our community.
Myself and others went door to door inviting and explaining what we were doing.

Some flat out refused stating that they were Catholics.

I told them it's wasn't about what religion we were it was about bringing the community together. They still refused.

One thing I am proud of in my church is although we are Baptist, we don't announce we are Baptist, we are Christians.

So why would the Catholic's refuse?

I'm not sure of the exact verse or chapter but when god is telling noah to put 2 of each animal on the ark he says that he shall but 2 of each clean beast and 7 of each non clean beast. I know a clean beast is an animal that you can eat but why 7 of non clean beasts and why is this scarcley mentioned in one verse?

Answer me this. Why do you dislike Mexicans? To those who are not prejudice, answer me this question. Do you believe illegal immigrants should be able to come over to work if they are willing to work? There are still so many ignorant people out there that it just frustrates me. I believe that if a person is willing to work for a country then by all means let them stay here to work for a living like we Americans believe is the right way to go about things. If a person from Mexico wants to work to become a citizen then by all means I believe they should be able too. To those who dislike Mexicans, please do not generalize all of us as being stupid loud mouths who hate America and come here to smuggle drugs and live off welfare. That is NOT who I am and neither is my family. EVERY race has its good and bad people. Do not tell me any race is the right one to be. Yes, if you hate America and love Mexico then please go back. You are making YOUR people look bad.

He is a jealous and angry god.

God is Love.

Okay....let's say you are a religious person and you believe that you are a moral person. Or we can even say you are an atheist, and you believe you are a moral person. Are you kind? Do you have empathy for others who are not just like you or maybe more unfortunate than you are? Do you have a conscience that you pay attention to? Do you allow yourself to do harm to others (when I say "harm" I don't mean physical harm, I mean to hurt or abuse someone verbally) because you think they aren't as important as you are or do not follow the same path that you do?
