Im 21 years old, and I have just moved into a new area a few months ago. I have no family or friends I can go visit, so where should I spend my Thanksgiving?

If you can't go back to your old HOME area, why not VOLUNTEER at a local mission or Anywhere in your present area where they are serving up FREE Turkey Day dinners ... they can ALWAYS use more volunteers... give a local church a call and they can tell you where to volunteer--it is NEVER too late. AND, it's a great way to meet new people in your PRESENT area... (especially other volunteers).

You can't go visit with someone in your old area. Or ask if they can come to you. You should not have to be alone on Thanksgiving. You need to be with your family and friends.

aww...I feel so bad for you, any of the following that these people mentioned will help. I hope everything works out okay...it should anyways, I'm sure you'll find someplace to go and mingle with others. Have a great Thanksgiving!!!

You could go to a restuarant and have a buffet or just order the typical Thanksgiving meal. You could sit at the counter if its a diner and I am sure there will be others there to talk with you.

If you're not squeamish about some of the customers most mission districts serve up good grub.
