I have 2 girls who are 8&9, when they were about 1 year and 1 month old their dad got arrested for molesting the oldest, I had his parental rights terminated a few years later, I have had off and on contact with his mom, I send her school photos once a year and have invited her and the family (minus their dad) to the girls birthday partys, well today I called his mom to get her address to send this years school photos and he was there, he did his time and got out about 11/2 years ago and is going through treatment and getting his life back together, well I talked to him for a while, at the time it happened I hated him for hurting my daughter but it has been 8 years, I don't know how I feel now, I will always hate him for what he did but I don't hate him anymore, we had a good relationship before this whole thing happened, and I do miss him sometimes, would it be wrong of me to meet with him sometime when the girls are gone at school or at the sitters and have a cup of coffee?

When I was younger, 9 thru 13, my grandmother would take me with her on her herb hunting trips. She taught me the names – and how to identify- plants, trees, and bushes.
She even trained me how to identify birds just by their sound. I even learned tracks of different animals and various insects. At 18, I moved to the city. Today, to my regret, I remember very little of this wisdom.

however, nothing i do or attempt to do will work out
all i want is to be healthy and help others

ive been very sich for 11 months now in need of surgery, dont have insurance and cant get it cos they consider it preexisting cos another doc hurt me,the lawyers wont help until after the surgery and the docs want all cash upfront, and the er wont help as i wont die tomorrow, all i want is for my physical health to be restored so i can have the strenght to fix other things,
after 11 months of being in pain(even contacted senator)
God really has forsaken me,if it cos my mind is wrong,i asked him to help me there to,he leaves me sick and familyless!!

As I've always been told the anti-Christ is a guy who will make peace throughout the world, possibly soon enough sinse there is so much crup going on today. However, he will claim to be a promised messiah, someone both Jews and Christians are waiting for. Accept that for jews he will be coming for the first time, and for Christians a second time. However, he will be a false messiah and so will dicieve a lot of Christians and people in general. Those who will reject him will be thrown into prison or beheaded. So, here is my problem. I am going to a Charismatic church where the pastor keeps on talking about the soon coming king, and how we all should unite and prepare for his coming, and how there will be a kingdom of heaven and all that. I'm scarred of the fact that the charismatics might confuse the anti-christ, the false messiah with the real Jesus Christ. My mom is Baptist and she says that there WONT be any soon coming Kingdom on Earth, but rather Jesus will take his church!

I don't know what to say to my son when he asks about God. I'm athiest and was taught by my parents that there is no god. Both of my parents came from large Catholic families.

In his latter years, my Dad became sort of psuedo religious. He didn't attend church but started to preach a little about how certain things weren't good because they were sins. He became the chaplain at his VFW and visited alot of vets on their death beds.

I'm confused about what to tell my son. I feel like I shouldn't rob him of something that if he doesn't grasp now, he'll miss out on the ability to do so later (like me). I don't want to lie to him and tell him things I don't believe are true, like I'm doing. I told him that Grandpa is in heaven, when I think that he's really just worm-dirt.

I am definitely not about to have a religious transformation, but I wonder what to say when these questions come up. He's 6 and they come up alot.

Also i'm looking for some kind of painting of her, if you see one thanx that really is lots of help and that would be great. But if you cant find one or if there was never any painting of her then you can just try to describe how you think she probably look.

I'm Catholic, and alot of people argue with me that I should join their church, and Catholicism is wrong, and our traditions are wrong, and we shouldn't pray to Mary....(Just so everyone who thinks we worship Mary, we don't....We worship God, and God alone, Mary is someone we pray to to help us bring us closer to God....)

Catholics are the original Christians. The early Christians grew into what we now know as the Catholic Church. In the late 1500s a Catholic priest, named Martin Luther, decided he knew better and split from the Church. He started the Protestant reformation and is the father of the thousands of religions and biblical interpretations we now have.

http://www.fisheaters.com/responses.html

So, we were the first Christians, why does everyone say we're wrong....When the Catholic Church has been around alot longer than the Baptist's or Seventh Day Adventists....And we have the tradition?

Thanks everyone....I just want everyone's opionion on this...

Thanks....
