The wind has been blowing so hard, that for two days and two nights, large acorns and pinecones have been beating on the roof, can't take a walk. I put cotton in my ears to no avail, didn.t sleep a wink last night.

The bible states that you should treat your body as a temple. Therefore, JWs will disfellowship someone who "unrepentantly" smokes. What about those who eat at McDonald's everyday or have an unhealthy lifestyle? Studies have show the same adverse affects with those habits. Shouldn't they also be kicking out those who don't exercise?

I grew up Catholic and primarily heard the term “Christians” when referring to other faiths, such as Baptists, just as an example. I know that Catholics are Christians, but you don’t here them refer to themselves as such often in public. Why? Or did I just grow around a different kind of Catholics?

I was going to ask this but desided to look it up online first. Did you know that there are LAWS for halloween in some places?
Hampton: Trick or treat begins at dusk and ends at 8 p.m. You must be 12 years old and under to go trick-or-treating. Trick-or-treating is not a holiday, but a tradition. Therefore, the City will not change the day for trick-or-treating. It's a class four misdemeanor if you break these rules in Hampton. However, a parent, guardian or other responsible person, who lawfully has in his custody a child 12 years old or younger, may accompany the child for the purpose of caring for, looking after or protecting the child.
Portsmouth: Trick or treat starts at dusk (between 5:30 and 6 p.m.) ends at 8 p.m. in Portsmouth, where it's a class three misdemeanor for anyone over the age of 12 to engage in trick-or-treating. However, parents, guardians and other responsible persons may accompany a child for the purpose of caring for, looking after or protecting the child.

Or are ONLY Christians allowed to disown their fanatics.

Hundreds of Churches openly support the Bush/Cheney policies which have resulted in thousands of innocent deaths.......

Do all Christians need to answer for his actions ??

Like Christians expect all Muslims to answer for Osamas actions.....

Who is the #1 Neocon Goddess ?

"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." -- Anne Coulter, Christian "Peace" Activist

Conquer,Convert or kill them.

Christians say Muslims teach and preach hate and yet Anne Coulter is a favorite for news talk and tv programs.......

Why the double standard ?

Because in their Church one needs to believe the additional Mormon teaching over the Holy Bible. So? They choose the Inspiration of the Mormon book over the Inspiration of the Holy Bible.

Aren't we suppose to be born again by the Holy Spirit of the Holy Bible. Through the Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible & through the Father God of Jesus.

Since the Holy Spirit that Jesus Christ promised is given through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, there is no salvation provided when one loves the Mormon Jesus over Jesus Christ of the New Testament.

So? How can a person find salvation in a Mormon Church?

I think they can if they choose to love the Holy Bible Jesus over the Mormon book Jesus. But they have to seek God in prayer in their prayer closet.

One day as I was going to school, on the bus, a Jehovah's Witness sat next to me. She then gave me a handout of their religion. She went on to explain her religion. She even told me that if I ask any prisoner what his religion is, it certainly isn't Jehovah's Witness. She even went so far to tell me that her religion is the only TRUE religion. What's your opinion? Is she telling the truth? Oh, and I'm not interested in converting to Jehovah's by the way...

English is objectively much harder than Spanish, particularly because of the way it "overworks" its core vocabulary. Look at common verbs like "to take" and "to put" - they can assume a huge number of different meanings. Learning these "phrasal verbs" is a nightmare for all foreign students of English.

Did I not tell you earlier that a Jew is such a noble, precious jewel that God and all the angels dance when he farts?---Martin Luther (Germany)

“What then shall we Christians do with this damned, rejected race of Jews?
First, their synagogues should be set on fire, and whatever does not burn up should be covered or spread over with dirt so that no one may ever be able to see a cinder or stone of it. And this ought to be done for the honour of God and of Christianity, in order that God may see that we are true Christians.
Secondly, their homes should be likewise broken down and destroyed.
Thirdly, they should be deprived of their prayerbooks and talmuds in which such idolatry, lies, cursing and blasphemy are taught.
Fourthly, their rabbis must be forbidden under threats of death to teach anymore.” – Martin Luther

“If I find a Jew to baptize, I shall lead him to the Elbe bridge, hang a stone around his neck, and push him into the water, baptizing him with the name of Avraham!.. I cannot convert the Jews. Our lord Christ did not succeed in doing so; but I can close their mouths so that there will be nothing for them to do but to lie upon the ground.” – Martin Luther

Jesus did not call them Abraham's children, but a "brood of vipers" [Matt. 3:7]. Oh, that was too insulting for the noble blood and race of Israel, and they declared, "He has a demon' [Matt 11:18]. Our Lord also calls them a "brood of vipers"; furthermore in John 8 [:39,44] he states: "If you were Abraham's children ye would do what Abraham did.... You are of your father the devil. It was intolerable to them to hear that they were not Abraham's but the devil's children, nor can they bear to hear this today.------Martin Luther

They [rulers] must act like a good physician who, when gangrene has set in proceeds without mercy to cut, saw, and burn flesh, veins, bone, and marrow. Such a procedure must also be followed in this instance. Burn down their synagogues, forbid all that I enumerated earlier, force them to work, and deal harshly with them, as Moses did...
If this does not help we must drive them out like mad dogs.----Martin Luther

Martin Luther: [ in his last sermon, four days before he died, ] called for practical measures: burn their synagogues, confiscate all books in Hebrew, prohibit Jewish prayers, force them to do manual labour, and drive them out of Germany.

“I do insist on the certainty that sooner or later – once we hold power – Christianity will be overcome and the German Church established. Yes, the German church, without a Pope, and Luther, if he could be with us, would give us his blessing.” (Adolf Hitler, Hitler’s speeches, edited by Prof. N.H. Baynes [oxford, 1942], pg. 369.)

There are two customers(customer A & customer B). Customer A is in the process of paying for her item. Customer B hollers from back of the store toward the cashier asking how much a drink a soda is. Cashier hollers back the price. Then customer B comes up to customer A who still is in process of paying for her item and asks if customer A can help him with some chump change because customer B is a little short of money.

In this case, should the cashier intervene somehow or should cashier let the two customers deal by themselves?
