Hi Coop! I shall ask, Why Not? Before they were atheists they were exposed to the teachings of their parents churches. Today they deny the existence of God. Agnostics, on the other hand, do not necessarily deny that existence! They simply contend that the existence of God is unknowable. I've had many great conversations with people of various religions and those who are atheists as well as those who are agnostic. But I'm talking about intelligent and open conversations that allowed everyone to speak their mind and leave in peace!

The problem in this forum is the fact that most everyone is so contentious and forceful that it makes one wonder what these people truly believe. Most believe that what THEY believe is the only way TO believe and that doesn't leave very much room for intelligent discussion or debate. Many people ask questions as though they were baiting others and daring them to reply. They just love the chaos! Yes, I have noticed the character assassinations here and it's a place I can't live in...I wish to live in peace!

each and every person would not be attentive to that "this international structures is in line with godly values..." those "values" which you write of contain easily based on the behaviors mandatory to maintain a team of people residing at the same time in unity. question a million: Boycott of what? What could we could desire to no longer purchase en masse to get our factor for the era of? question 2: no person is had to place their hand on the Bible. this could be a false impression. we are allowed to easily avow that we are going to tell the fact. Now i could desire to make a factor: Why do you assume that atheists "hate god?" this would possibly not be greater from the fact. we've not got self belief in god. How can we hate him?

sometimes the "rebellion" gets the best of us and we don't when to quit. Seems some of us like that "fire" so we jump from the frying pan.

I'm just content to be who I am. We're all just following our own Gods home and that's the way it is. Each of us must travel our own path. It's so much easier than fighting or arguing which is such a waste of energy and good spirit I say.

According to the Bible (Romans 1), atheists know deep down in their heart that there is a God and they “suppress the truth in unrighteousness.” Though an atheist is blinded by Satan’s lies, he is made in image of God and has longing in his heart to search and know God. That's one reason why atheists hang around in "Religion & Spirituality" section to discuss God.

Just because a person is an atheist or agnostic does not mean that they have no knowledge in matters of religion,or no opinion in matters of religion.

And even if we *were* looking for more, what in the world would make you think we'd be turning to the Christian God for it? Although life and death is inevitable, if I were to worship a deity, I'd seek out one that doesn't kill children SIMPLY TO DEMONSTRATE HIS POWER.

This question definitely gets a star! And I truly believe that most atheists are either in denial of what they fear so they refuse to suspend disbelief.

We are making a valiant attempt to enlighten those multitudes of sheep who actually believe that there really is a god. In that sense you could say that we're looking for more, yes. Additionally, we know more about the subject matter and are able to give an unbiased viewpoint. You're welcome.

For the alcohol.

Maybe some people in the world actually believe differently than you do. Chew on that for a second.

Why are you asking questions about atheists and agnostics? Are you sure you're not looking for less? lol.

Why are the Christians answering my question: "What arguments would you use to refute the belief in a unique almighty benevolent god?"?
Why are the Darwinists answering my question: "What arguments would you use to disprove the theory of evolution?"?
The answers to these questions and to yours are actually the same one.

Because they are suppressing the Truth in their unrighteousness (Romans 1:18-32).
