How can a Christain woman who is supposed to be subserviant to a man be in a supervisor or boss position at work and not place themselves above a man in their faith? For that matter how can a Christain woman be a Pastor or Preacher in a church placing themselves at a higher place than men in their church, between men and God?

I am a Christian. I guess you could say "born again" although I never really stopped believing- I just didn't give it much thought. I won't get into details about what turned my life around, but they were meaningful to me and the only proof I need of God's existence ist he feeling I got that day when I opened my heart back up to him.

My husband is an atheist. I don't mind. That's his belief. We don't agree, so we don't really discuss. I love him- not what he believes about God or anything else.

I am not a bigot. I don't discriminate against anyone else's race, religion, culture, or sexual preference. My own Bible says the greatest thing God gave us was love- so when I get to my last day and, if I'm right, and there is a God and he asks how I spent my life- I think "I tried to love everyone regardless" will be a far better answer than "I hated the right people."

So why can't ALL people just agree to disagree and quit picking each other apart? You can't enjoy faith & hate..

It really is not that hard, is it just being lazy? trying to fit in with friends? or just plain lack of a brain? I grew up in a very poor area. (Benton Harbor, MI) and it drives me crazy, that people choose to use poor english, and form bad habits from talking this way. No one will take you seriously.

I have noticed alot of people writing stuff like that and I have joked around about it but why do they really think that? Besides the stuff written at the end of Matthew. about the existance of God. If God exists, as the bible says, you accept it on faith. The existance of God is not provable by logical or observational methodologies. The basis axiom for belief is existance based on faith. If there is no proof possible for the basis axiom--then it is impossible to disprove the basis axiom. Likewise, if one accepts that God does not exist--then that belief is based on faith alone. There is no observational or logical mechanism for proving or disproving. Therefore if one accepts that as the basis axiom with no proof, then logically the arguement can not disproved since the central axiom is based on faith. Therefore as long as the individual holds a position based on faith alone, logically their position can not be disproven.

I mean if you still put yourself in situations where your freedom or life is constantly threatened, then why even enter into a legit buisness?

I know sometimes they might have enemies from their time on the streets who still want to get at 'em. Yet still does that mean their life circumstances will never change. What's the difference between a rich drug dealer & a rich gangsta rapper? Both might end up with life in prison & both might get murdered-so what's the difference?

The terms "mom", "dad", "husaband" and "wife" have officially been banned in Californian schools.

...Why?

I used to wonder what the "gay agenda" that was being "shoved down our throats" was.... And now I know.

But before I make wild accusations (like I did in the previous paragraph), I just want to know; is this part of the gay "agenda"? Do you support this?

How could you?

All of this time striving for "equality", and now they turn around and start with the "politically correct" stuff. So, the rights of the majority citizen can be trampled on to promote some hidden agenda?

I think, in addition to banning mom and dad, we need to ban:

Partner
Gay
Lesbian
Bi-sexual
Life Partner
"My boy"
"Girlfriend!"

That should even it out a bit.
