Last night at a party for a co worker, I had to pee really bad and all the bathrooms were occupied. Long story short, my boss caught me peeing in the kitchen sink. What should I do?

Next time pee in his beer instead. I did that to a guy once, and the bloke was so blasted he didn't even notice.

You should probably just explain to your boss that you are glad it's only the first time he's caught you. Then laugh nervously and say "he he, just kidding" then say "no actually I am glad", then "he, he, just kidding". It would be fun to see how many times you can go back & forth before he stops staring at you and says something.

hmm...you don't say where the party was held.
if it was at your co-worker's house don't worry about it. just pretend it didn't happen.
it it was at your boss' house...buy him a little bottle of bleach and an "i'm sorry" card.

If you are a guy, you could brazen it out, he won't mention it if it was not his house you were trashing.
