Being skinny isn't what it is cracked up to be. Why would you want to be skinny if you look better by being who you were made to be? Just a thought.

Well, being emaciated is not a good thing, but being overweight brings a lot of health issues. Some people want to be thin in order to avoid high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure...the list goes on forever.

I don't. I'm 5' 7" and almost 150lbs and 9 out of 10 men agree I don't need to change a thing. I've got men from 18-80 doing double takes, from the trailer park to gated communities. I'm in the gym shaving off a few inches off my waist. When that happens it's going to be ridiculous.

People should be at whatever weight they feel comfortable with, whether they are fat or skinny or in between. Other people's opinions should not be a factor.

Two reassons I can think of.
The first wanting to be skinny for health but not too skinny.
The second low self esteem high expantations due to this world be too shallow.
