Tried it for something small... was on one end of my city and i had to get to the other end really really fast..... wanted all the traffic lights to be green as i went through the city... with a bit of effort it happened. And it couldn't have been a coincidence because i have traveled down that road frequently for the past 2 years, and i have never had that happen before. I haven't had the energy to try it again though...
its a similar experience to the dude who uses it to get parking spaces.
