no one really knows if hes real. they just beleive but what if thats all there is to it. maybe religion is to just teach u to keep ur hopes up and never give up and be a good person. what if thats it. there is no god and after life. think about it, i mean i pray and to jesus when i need help but not sure. i want to belive i hav thoughs but still pray some reason idk why. all relgion is the same live good life pray be good. sum beive in renecarnation. but if u renecarnate then u just die and get reborn but lost ur memories. what if that mean u just die and sumone eles is born to take ur place. micracles can just be luck right. think bout it. all these people luck will happen. i mean everytime sumthing good or special happen relgions people thanks god like it was all him. but what bout the bad. the evils in this world. i mean they say evil shall never overcome good. butsay good shall never overcome evil because sumone will alway take over evil place.i think like balance in the universe

After multiple postings asking you about Jesus, his body, and his resurrection, I have found that No two people can come to an agreement on whether Jesus had a body after his resurrection.
John 20:27-29
27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

He appeared to the Apostles and Thomas had to feel the prints of the nails in his hands put his hand in the wound on Jesus side "From the Romans Speer"
Clearly Jesus had a Body of Flesh and Bone and Showed himself to his Apostles and allowed them to touch him.

Does this sound like Ice, Water and Steam? Or a Spirit of Vapor and Smoke?

I'm a Unitarian Universalist, and I just wanted to say that we are not at all a cult. We do NOT worship the devil!!!! We don't even believe in the devil so how the heck could we even worship it in the first place?!!!! We are free to discover our own religious way of life. But that doesn't mean we are a cult either. We have boundries just like other religions too. I don't want to get too into it though because there may be very religious people here who aren't a UU. Please stop saying it's a cult, that's really mean. You should respect other religions around you, not spread rumors like jr. high lol. But I really want to know what makes you think it's a cult?

I don't believe in God, or heaven, but ever since my cat was put to sleep on Wed. I feel she is in heaven watching my everymove....thats why ive felt the need to keep her food bowl and litter box out, and I tell her goodnight, and just talk to her

Why do I feel that animals go to heaven, but not people?

Judas got 30 sheckels, $84 today, give or take, to betray Jesus. Did you know that when Judas saw what was going on he tried to give the money back, but they wouldn't take it and let Jesus go? He then threw the money into the temple then went and hanged himself. What does this say about him? Did he have regret, did he not mean for this to happen? Maybe he was ashamed of what he did?

I guess I ask this because I've been thinking about redemption, not just of Judas, but in many situations. I wonder if maybe Judas wasn't evil, he made a mistake, as so many of us have, but his mistake led to the greatest example of God's grace? Was he just used as a tool, then?

I have no idea what my opinion is, but I would value the opinions of others. Please, let's all be respectful of each other!

My husband bought me a Coach purse for my birthday while he was on a business trip. He asked what style and color I wanted. I e-mailed him a picture, but when he got home with it, it is not the pattern I wanted. Do you think it is rude of me to exchange it? I don't want to hurt his feelings. I know this book is borderline "new age metaphysical", but I found it really interesting. I know ascention isn't possible, but the ideas presented in it may be able to cast a new light on Christianity. Did anyone else read this book?

Also, I'm a Catholic and I didn't feel threatned by it. I thought it was quite insightful, if fanciful. Definitely not heretic. Any thoughts on this book?

I'm just curious. Are there a lot of people out there who think that an animal's life is just as important as a human's life? I know we are all living species and deserve love and respect, but doesn't it stand to reason that a HUMAN should put HUMANS first?

Furthermore, I hear a lot of people say that they are more endeared to animals because animals are loyal, love unconditionally, don't leave you, etc. It makes me wonder if those people are closer to animals because they've been hurt in human relationships.

But I think that It is the very fact that humans are complex and unpredictable and that we have the capability to hurt one another that makes us unique. A relationship w/ a dog is simple, and therefore, can't be compared to the complex relationships we have with other humans. There is little risk to loving an animal, whereas there is great risk in loving a human.

I am open to hear from those who agree and those who disagree. All thoughts and opinions welcome. Thanks.
