No. The soul is the "form of the body" - it's that intelligible, although non-physical, thing that makes your body a human being rather than a corpse. Since it is not physical, it would not be visible even with the most sophisticated lab equipment.

No more than I can see the wind. I know both are there, but there are things in this life that we cant touch, but still know are there.
