If that's actually true, as various Christians claim, shouldn't we put Christian churches on the tax rolls and give a tax-free status to atheists instead? The First ammendment to the U.S. Constitution addresses freedom of religion, not "relationships with God", so it seems to me that Christianity really does not deserve these protections.

Recently a woman in the Disney Store at a local discount mall pulled out her t i t and commenced to breastfeed her infant while shopping. The store objected so she went outside and sat on a bench to continue where a security guard asked her to desist.

Well, apparently there is a law in my state that insures the right to breastfeed where one wants, so there was a lot of publicity and apologies, etc.

Then some group of lactating women decided to have a public group breastfeeding at the store and did, which garnered even much more publicity.

I breastfed one child for six weeks (never in public) and found it disgusting. Some of the women were breastfeeding children who were walking, so I have to question their motives or sanity or something.

I see this question has been asked many times before, so I apologize, but I don't want to read those answers. I want to read my own. Also, at what age should the child be removed from the breast? I think six weeks, or sooner.

I'm talking about someone you know and have to be in close proximity with on a frequent basis. The odor is overwhelming to the point of being nauseating. Is there a good way to do this with minimal embarrassment?

The main reason I stopped letting my kids go out on Halloween was because of what “line dancer” wrote on the last page and also because I have heard witches or Wicca’s use this day for strong spell casting and such. (I may be wrong I’m not a witch) I’ve heard all about it’s pagan roots and I don’t think you can put a bow on evil and make it something good.

I am curious if others have tradtitions that they follow.
Rituals...Things planned with their children...
Basicly what does it mean to you and how are you spending it.
If you have a really good idea for something to do share it.

And why? What makes you like them so much?

Some of my favorites are:

John Piper --- John Piper's passion is that we PLEASURE in God --- that we serve Him out of an overflowing heart of love.

Tim Keller --- he is so incredible! He is *so* academic but so passionate about the Lord as well! I really feel that He understands the Lord's character, especially when it comes to the poor.

and Rick Joyner --- He's a prophet. He's very humble. :

Who are some of yours? :)

It seems that those eggs that the doxy Roxy stole last week (it seems more like years, does it not?), WERE actually those of a Roc female, who had been banished by her brethren for taking up with Rooster Cockburn!

Yes, our indomitable, shy and sweet, not able to mate with the chooks Rooster Cockburn actually had set his sights on larger game!

The blushing mother is a formidable female of her type with shining golden feathers and red gimlet eyes. Fierce she looks, but sweet she acts when her man struts by crowing to all to come and look at his offspring. For they are truly wondrous!

Right now each of the babes are bigger than their sire...all golden fluff and red-eyed desire for sustenance! Boy can they eat!! We have had to decimate the rest of the Lady's Clydesdale herd to feed the brood.

So what do you think? And what shall their names be?

There is a guy at the gym whose I can't keep my eyes away from. Whenever I go to the gym and he's there (which is all the time!), I can't help but look at him. He knows I look at him frequently too. Apparently he's not freaked out by my looking or otherwise he would have say something or change his gym schedule to avoid me.

Hmm, should I just walk up to him and introduce myself?

My brother-in-law is a widower with 2 grown kids and a new girlfriend, who is a ex-nun. He loves baking, decorating, shopping for clothes and shoes, going to wedding and baby showers, and most things feminine. He has had his gay friend spend the night (in his bed) although he acts grossed out if you tease him about anything having happened. He has gone to gay parades and gay bars. His gay friends have teased him that he needs to come out of the closet. His gay son found gay porn in hidden in his bedroom. The most straight thing he does is his monthly poker party with the guys. I honestly believe he may be , but is in denial. He keeps his girlfriend at a safe distance, although she still doesn't seem to get it. I think she may be too in love with him and in denial, too. I wish he'd come out of the closet. He is always so stressed and conflicted over everything. He can't take a stand on anything either. Is there any way to help him?
