So i usually pick me up a 12 pack of Genny Creem Ale at the local gas staten but this stuuuuppidddd! broad that werks there is be'en a real you know what. Preety sure she has the hots for me an i find her to be a bit chunky. anyways, i went down to get my 12 pack and the manager says i aint allowed there cause when i bought my beer and clover cigars the other day i swore at the broad. Never did, but now who can i talk to the closest place to my house is like a mile an i aint got no car and i needs my beer.

A privately owned business can refuse service to anyone they want for any reason they want, just like a private citizen can refuse to let you into his house. It's not really public in the way people think, a true "public" place is one paid for with taxpayer dollars, like the courthouse or a county-owned hospital, or a city park.
It's not fair if you didn't do anything, but there's not much you can do, other than wait a while and see if this BS blows over.
