Many people believe a mans body uses alot of energy to create sperm and semen, because it has life and other nutrients. When a guy shoots his load, he becomes relaxed and weaker because his body wasted alot of his strength. However it is said a guy who saves his semen, will be more aggresive, and use the life and nutrients created in the testicles to his advantage in mind, and muscle strength development. This is why boxers don't have sex before a main event.

So basically if semen is life, then when a man ejaculates it, he loses a part of his own life. What do you think about this, a read it somewhere, and found to be interesting.

"To grow a little wiser day by day - To keep my inner life both clean and strong - To free my life from guile, my heart from wrong - To shut the door on hate and scorn and pride - To open up to love the window wide - To meet with cheerful heart what comes to me - To turn life's discords into harmony

"To share some weary worker's heavy load - To point some straying comrad to the Road - To know that what I have is not my own - To feel that I am never quite alone - This would I pray from day to day - For then I know my life would flow - In peace until it be God's will I go." --Anonomous

"I would converse with Thee from day to day,

"with heart intent on what Thou hast to say,

"and through my pilgrim-walk, whate'er befall,

"consult with Thee, O Lord! about it all.

"Since Thou art willing thus to condescend

"to be my intimate, familiar friend,

"oh! let me to the great occasion rise,

"and count Thy friendship life's most glorious prize!" --Anonymous

of people 'signing' their Answers? I mean, really, I can look 3mm to the left of the actual answer and SEE who the hell posted it. I don't need a confirmation mini-sig at the end of the response. Seriously. Gawd!

That if we see a pattern of apostates jumping at every opportunity to subvert Jehovah's earthly organization, by our participation in either asking questions, that apostates will come to answer in a negative way, to prevent honesthearted ones from seeing the truth, and will use as an opportunity to post their dangerous websites, which has nearly stumbled one sister I know of, or by answering questions that may have actually been posted by apostates, that we should look at Witnessing elsewhere. Where we can make return visits and conduct progressive Bible studies.

Instead of risking any of our inexperienced ones, or even decieving ourselves that we are pleasing Jehovah by allowing ourselves to create a launch board for attacks on His organization.

What are some adaptive PE activities that children can participate in that simulate a disability to teach them about the Paralympics? For example, sitting volleyball, where instead of standing, all children must sit so they can understand what it is like to play a sport with a disability.

I know that Fundamentalists do not like to be bothered with actual "facts", but every once in a while I have to throw a few out there when I see posts full of errors.

Here is what the church teaches regarding grace, justification, and works:

CCC 1996: "Our justification comes from the grace of God. Grace is favor, the free and undeserved help that God gives us..."

CCC 2010: "Since the initiative belongs to God in the order of grace, no one can merit the initial grace of forgiveness and justification..."

CCC 1992: "Justification has been merited for us by the Passion of Christ who offered himself on the cross as a living victim, holy and pleasing to God, and whose blood has become the instrument of atonement for the sins of all men."

I don't watch this show nor taken interest until after watching the local news on a racist slur delivered by Teri Hatcher in one of its episodes about Philippine medical schools.

"Can I check those diplomas because I want to make sure that they're not from some med school in the Philippines."

Some say that us Filipinos should let it pass for it is just a TV show and such comments on different races are made almost every God-given day in pop culture (which I don't agree with and see dumb just to show humor), while some are very sensitive and were hurt by such irresponsible line.

What do you guys think about it? Whether you are Filipino or not.

Psalm 46:10 says "Be still and know that I am God"

I know I need to be! And that is exactly why I remind myself of this verse quite often~

Is it because we humans still kill each other over meaningless artificial borders or useless symbols like flags and stuff like that? When are we going to evolve to that next level so what we can advance technologically?

Actually the Christians hijacked (quoted from my catholic friend) christmas from the pagens. Anyway, who loves christmas movies/food/commercials/magazines/presents/hot chc?!?!

A woman is pregnant, then diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer treatment has a very high liklihood of killing or harming the baby, but without it she will most certainly die either during child birth, or within a few months.
Does it make a difference if her life expectancy is shortened to before the child is born/can be successfully removed?

I am horny everyday.. or almost everyday. I don't know what to do... I got saved and wanted to be clean... But, I can't help it.... I try listening to gospel. But, my hormones... I am 21 years old and at that age where hormones go up.... I slipped and masterbated a couple days ago.. & then I felt so bad and repented... I feel like I should just be married so I don't have to go thru this... But, I have no one I want to marry & I don't want to marry someone specifically just to take care of my hormones...

Every time I get asked this question " YOU DONT" DRINK?
and my answer is always , NO

I seem to get this weird stare, like they dont understand why in the world I dont drink, there must be something wrong with me , or something like that.

Thing is, it's my own thing, I've never drunk, not because my parents told me not to (all my family drinks, execpt me), or because of some religious reason, etc. I have no reason. Only that I dont find it something I see myself doing or enjoying. I dont even drink soda, lol.

Water, juice, some sparkling water maybe., And i am perfectly fine with that, I enjoy it .

So why do ppl make a big deal about it?

Only a call from the depths can provoke a response from the depths. Nothing shallow can touch the depths, nor can anything superficial touch the inward parts. How does the verse in the Psalm touch you as a christian. How have you considered this verse in your pursuit of the Lord. Do we have deep roots in Christ. Do we have deep experiences from Him and with Him.
Share anything either related to the verse posted or of your experiences of the Lord.
