Psalm 46:10 says "Be still and know that I am God"
I know I need to be! And that is exactly why I remind myself of this verse quite often~

Well, sometimes I have to be still to feel God's presence in my life. But other times I'm quite the busy minded one, and He's still with me :)
It DOES do a body good to be still at least once a day in prayer, worship and thanksgiving time - alone - just you and God.
Today, I woke up busy, and am still busy and I know He's with me :)

That'll get you 24 answers saying "I'm still this" & "I'm still that". For example, "I'm still on this computer answering questions for Yahoos like you!"
The verse means "Quiet yourself, and relax."
As it says in the Bible, "It came to pass"!
Whatever troubles you will PASS, it did not "come to stay!!!"
Look at it from God's view. Even if they kill you, for your faith, you just wake up, as if from a bad dream, perfect and immortal, in heaven with God. You can't take your troubles with you!!!

YEs, me too . I need contant reminder. as it is so easy to live for God and speak about God, oh yes.
But, at the same time, we need to be still and hear from God more than we talk to God because what He says matters more than what we say. I need daily reminders too, thank you so much. God bless you.
