This is one reason religion really ticks me off. Assuming for the moment that there is a God (Allah, Jehovah, whatever), a Supreme Entity, Creator of the Universe which contains all we know and all we don't know. Why would such an entity give humans something as pleasurable as sex and then say "Nope. You can't do that. You can only have sex if your married, trying to reproduce and don't enjoy it." My advice. Dump Christianity. Try your best not to create unwanted babies or catch and pass on diseases, but other than that enjoy sex. Life's to short to spend it in guilt.

Start dating more. Don't worry, masturbation is not a sin, but you should be discrete and private about it. God created hormones! :) It's what you do - whether you hurt someone or not or yourself or not that matters the very most.
Find some singles groups, get involved in church socials, meet some college age students.
Everyone goes through that until they are married.

i can say i know how you feel. but don't beat yourself up so much. you made a mistake you're not a mistake. no matter how much we want to do good we are still gonna make mistakes. i always just try to be better today than i was yesterday. try and figure out what is causing the lustful craving. having a greater social life and dating to get to know more people will help. hang in there and focus on all the good you do and not just your mistakes. we are a lot harder on ourselves than God is on us.

There is virtually nothing said in the Bible about masturbation.
Whoever told you its wrong to take care of bodily needs isn't worried too much about your eternal well being :P
Genesis 38:9 And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. 10 And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.
This text cannot be applied to masturbation. The whole context is in regard to a man trying to engineer which of his wives will give birth to the first son and thus the heir. Onan displeased God in that God did not want his people manipulating His sovereignty. The point is not wasting the "seed," the point is about cruel control of destiny and degrading of the wife.

Try meditation, it will reduce distraction from any unwanted thoughts. It will help you control your thoughts.
Check what do you eat, some food increase sexual desires.

At least you are honest about it. Well, first of all its natural and very normal to feel like that. I would suggest that you stick to your guns of no sex before marriage. How about you fast from sunrise to sunset for 3 days?. It will decrease your Body desires and strengthen your spirit.

If you believe that God created us, it means you believe he created us the way we are: sexual beings. Hormones are a fact of life. If you don't want to get married, don't do it just because you're horny. Do what you need to do and don't feel shameful for natural feelings.
