"The museum has rooms depicting the darkening of a world that abandons a literal interpretation of the Bible. Two teenagers, apparently indoctrinated with evolutionary teaching, are shown at home. The girl is talking to Planned Parenthood and the boy is looking at pornography on a computer. These images culminate in a wrecking ball, labelled with the words “millions of years”, smashing down a church."

"A montage slide show of fetuses, starving kids, swastikas, tourniquet-bound arms ready for the needle bombard the wall in a room with a soundtrack of blaring sirens, boots marching in unison, and crying kids. In the middle of this is a wrecking ball with the words "Millions of Years" carved into it. Ham blames the notion that the Earth is quite a bit older than the Bible for just about all the world's problems."

If you are now not physically living in this "Holy Land", what does that mean? You are thus living in an "Unholy Land" ? or what? Will Jerusalem get crowded with 6.5 billion humans living there to be wholly in the "Holy Land" ? Hmmm Can modern DNA science shrink us all down alot to fit us all into the little Holy Land ?

I saw on TV earlier today on a 700 "Club the infidels" or something close to that, where the Club Leader said it would be terrible to divide the Holy Land Jerusalem into two or three parts. He also said that if the USA allows this, we will get the "wrath" or "judgment" from of his idea of God.

Our planet earth is shooting through space fast, now countless miles AWAY from the sacred absolute SPACE location of Jesus' Incarnate here in AD30 ... Should we space-rocket- travel back to the Holy Space there ?

I am sick of these so confused human ideas. What does Jesus now say on this? I said JESUS, not a Bible quote on what Jesus might have said then.

Peace !

The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus is God (cf. John 8:58, 10:38, 14:10; Col. 2:9). And yes, Jesus DID say he was God. In John 8:58, when quizzed about how he has special knowledge of Abraham, Jesus replies, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am"—invoking and applying to himself the personal name of God—"I Am" (Ex. 3:14). His audience understood exactly what he was claiming about himself. "So they took up stones to throw at him; but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple" (John 8:59).

In John 20:28, Thomas falls at Jesus’ feet, exclaiming, "My Lord and my God!" (Greek: Ho Kurios mou kai ho Theos mou—literally, "The Lord of me and the God of me!")

Philippians 2:6 says that Jesus "who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped" (New International Version). So Jesus chose to be born in humble, human form though he could have simply remained in equal glory with the Father for he was "in very nature God."

Why do some of us have a problem with black men who date outside their race? Why do you show so much hatred toward that couple? Are you jealous? What are you angry about considering that particular black man is not YOUR man, why do you care about what some other person is doing? How does that impede on your life? Why do you feel the need to scorn the black men that do?

I'm simply playing devil's advocate?

1. Moses, the Ruler: he brought a new vision of God and His plan for us in form of commandments, which were rules, laws. YOU HAVE to follow or you will perish. Moses had to get people's attention by putting fear of God in their hearts.

2. Jesus, the Teacher, the Master: He brought a new way of understanding God. He introduced us to a loving God. He restricted 10 commandments into 2, which are love God and love your neighbor. He is good, expels demons, heals people. At the last second of his life, He forgives every one, because nobody "knows" what they are doing. He got people's attention by His example of Love and Forgiveness.

3. Spiritsm, the Counselor: a new messenger among us. This message comes from spiritual world and it is about reincarnation, overcoming our own faults by living several lives, improving our capacity of loving and forgiving, and the interaction with spirits. We get to God through enlightenment, wisdom and knowledge.

Do non-believers think that we Christians have a "Pavlov's Dog" system of thought when it comes to what we believe?

In other words:
We have a trained response rather than a well-thought out response in defense of our beliefs?

Thanks,

Primo

why did he send jesus to earth and allow him to perform miracles? he walked on water, he raised people from the dead, he even managed to raise himself from the dead. all this happening in a time when people would have most likely believed anything just by faith alone. yet, today, when people are becoming increasingly more and more skeptical we don't see anything, except for maybe a face on the occassional tortilla. what gives?

I have a friend who has the mindset of "I'm my own person and nothing I do is influenced by 'society' or what 'society' says I should do or think." Granted, not a bad philosophy. But by rebelling against authority or society isn't a person just joining another group of society? Therefore not being any different at all really than anyone else. And by trying so hard NOT to be like something, you're showing you do care what other people think, otherwise you would just live and do what comes natural to you instead of constantly trying to be or not to be something. I don't think a person can not be formed by the society they live in. There is no way a person born in America is going to be the same as someone born in a third world country. It's what we're surrounded by that makes us who we are. And the real question I guess is, is that so bad? I think the people who are truly themselves don't try to be anything, they just be. It's like the goth southpark episode.
