why does sin bother god ?

he's omnipotent and all , but why does sin bother him so much ? after we are supposingly the creations of him ?

when does he decide that sin shall bother him and then send this people with sin to hell?

why would sin affect a omnipotent being at all ? is sin so powerful he cannot stand it ?
if he hate sin so much , why not create everything not able to sin ?

"Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair." (Kahlil Gibran)
I’m a German but I’ve left Europe for good, living in India for the past seven years. I’m quite an average guy – except for my trademark: I'm always barefoot, all-year-round, wherever I go, whatever I do! Most of my friends have never seen me wearing shoes… For me, being barefoot isn’t just a fashion statement: It’s a lifestyle, a way to express myself. And of course an amazing sensual experience: I can FEEL the ground! Would you wear gloves all-year-round? Nopes! So: Why shoes? Walking barefoot, I’m far more “in touch”, in touch with nature, with Mother Earth… Energy can flow freely, I’m never disconnected. It’s very refreshing and stimulating, and the ecological impact is far less dramatic (erosion!) if I’m hiking without shoes. Somehow I’m more defensive, less aggressive if barefoot. Walking barefoot isn’t only special but also communicative: Travelling a lot I’ve made friends in many countries, explaining why I’m roaming around barefoot!
Coming to India I realized: Many people are barefoot, all the time and everywhere, not only in rural areas and villages but also in town! Even if you’re staying in a big city – one of those hot-spots of modernization and westernisation: You’ll be unable to spend ten minutes in the streets without spotting a pair of dusty bare feet! And it seems quite obvious to me that living barefoot isn’t a privileged of the poor, especially in the South, especially in cities like Chennai. But I wonder: What about the educated youth – students, university graduates? Has anyone of you chosen to go barefoot for fun, ‘cause it’s cool or healthy?

We should be trying to understand each other more, not attacking each other and making false accusations. Nothing productive will ever come from hatred like I am seeing here today.

At least in the sense of being protected under the First Amendment. I realize an atheist would not call his belief a religion, but rather an absence of religion: but that's just what zero is in mathematics.

Please go to gratefulness.org and light a virtual candle (or a real one)

Today is a also a day of "good deeds" in remembrance of 9.11......will you pledge to do a good deed on mygooddeed.org? Let's remember the unity we felt 6 years ago after this tragedy and how we all pulled together......

Thanks......love and blessings to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I also already posted this question on polls and surveys as well)

Is not Love, Compassion, the deeper Truth of All Spirituality?

Compassion is bringing our deepest truth into our actions, no matter how much the world seems to resist, because that is ultimately what we have to give to this world and one another.

I am a muslim who lives in a country that has one of the highest Islamic education in the world...............How is it that I dont know of any terrorist ............and was never taught to hate the west and bomb people -- those things is not what Islam is all about.

1. So who framed Islam on 9/11 ?
2. Isnt it a coincident that Islam forbids alchohol, drug, pornography, gambling .........all the more reason to frame it?
3. Isnt it a coincident that Islam is the fastest growing religion ..........all the more reason to frame it as "terrorist"

It's one thing to want friends, it's another to want them all to love you unconditionally... and then it's quite another thing to have everyone who doesn't love you unconditionally tortured for eternity.

What does god need our love for anyway? Isn't he perfect? Perfection implies completeness... there should be no need for anything.

One other thing... Isn't he all knowing? If this is the case he already knows who is going to "choose" him and who is going to "reject" him. This makes the idea of Hell even more cruel since he is punishing people for doing what he knew they couldn't help doing. They were bound in their destiny to "choose" this path. If god creates us all and knows us all, then his punishment is not only cruel, but unnecessary.

Ok, this question is very confusing and my sister and I are really very worried.

My sisters husband is Nigerian and they have two lovely children together. His sister has decided to move into their home because she spoke to a priest and the priest had told her that my sisters hubby had tried to do a spell so that he dies in his sleep, so she burst in to their house and said that she is not leaving until my sis hubby pays £100 (she said she will pay 80 and he should pay 20) to have a prayer done to stop this from happening. My sister and her husband couldn't stop laughing at this ridiculous comment and said that she is imagining things, but she is deadly serious and will not leave their house!

Anyway this morning, she ordered my sister to go out and buy 6 packets of sugar cubes and any kind of sweet that a child might like. My sister asked why, and her husbands sis said that she wants to do a 'blessing' on my sisters daughter and that they will all see what happens at 6pm

I will believe any Muslim who swears to Allah that they dont know of any Muslims who have ever celebrated 911 in any way.

Keep in mind, by my count, there are many many Muslim answering 911 questions on YA right now. Lets see how many will repeat the following:

"I AM A MUSLIM, AND I SWEAR TO ALLAH THAT I HAVE NEVER CELEBRATED 911 NOR HAVE I EVER MET OR KNOWN OF ANY MUSLIMS WHO DID."

Anything other than these exact sentiments is a refusal, leaving open the inference that they have or have known Muslims who have celebrated 911.

Keep in mind, there is NO PROHIBITION IN ISLAM TO MAKE SUCH OATHS. NO MUSLIM CAN POST ANY CITATION TO THE QURAN THAT SAYS OTHERWISE. ITS NOT AGAINST ISLAM TO MAKE THIS OATH AT ALL.

I love the Lord and everything he's helped me to see. Right now I feel so weak and need his security blanket around me. I don't feel like I can go one without Him by my side. I don't feel like my faith is as strong as it used to be, but I recognized his power and strength all around me. How can I regain his trust so that he knows my heart again?
