specially those who are well off cause of pension, retirement money, social security..
why should they get discounts?
what good is it to keep more money for them in their pocket, i mean is not like they're gonna take it with them when they die..
shouldnt the poor be the ones with the discounts? (no matter how old)

I'm talking about 9/11 - pay tribute to all the poor souls who perished six years ago including the poor souls in the aircraft. And remember the Fire Department guys, nobody braver...

And answer me this: should we pray for the souls of the terrorists on board who caused the planes to go down? Should selfish cowards be included in forgiveness? Someone said to me that they should, but I find that something I can't come to terms with. I think the bible mentions all sins will be forgiven, but surely that act was driven by selfish evil, for the self to be glorified in eternity and all that stuff. How can it be forgiven?

Why is it that even after sources are provided from the Quran to answer this question people pass through it and over-look it as if they WANT to believe that it's true? It seems to me people don't seek the truth , they seek what they want to make reality.. so they can be content with their false misconceptions about Islam..

Am I right or wrong?

"O ye who believe!... [do not] kill yourselves, for truly Allah has been to you Most Merciful. If any do that in rancour and injustice, soon shall We cast him into the Fire..." (Qur'an 4:29-30).

"The blame is only against those who oppress men with wrongdoing and insolently transgress beyond bounds through the land, defying right and justice. For such there will be a chastisement grievous (in the Hereafter)" (42:42).

And this is for all religions, because no matter what religion is spoken of... people decide that they can say what they want about anyone without knowing anything.

Do people need to be more open minded?

It seems to me that when a personne is not good looking people probably wouldn't give him the time a day unless they have a verry good personality, lots of money and intelligence. But when it's a beautiful personne our standards for them are a little bit lower. Do you think it's fair that as a society we expect ugly people to make up for their lack of good looks with an awsome personnality, money and intelligence? Don't you feel bad for these ugly people? And please don't say that it isn't true cause we all know it is.

Why are the vast majority of serious crimes commited by black people. I know that there are many exception to this, but to me it just seems like the black neighborhoods are always considered violent and unsafe. Why is that?

Okey dokey, I have a question.
Adultery is a sin. Blasphemy is a big sin. Sex without marriage is a sin. There are countless others, but those will do for now.
Why do you not lobby for adultery, public blasphemy, and people who live to together (in sin) to be illegal?
Why is it that those are sins, but not lobbied for like you do for anti-abortion laws and for keeping the right of marriage from gays?
Why the double standard? A sin is a sin, right?

That wouldn't be fair. And if God is good he would never let that happen. I know the bible says that God will punish those who worship something else but how are we supposed to know which religion is right? We are not perfect and if God was perfect he wouldn't be a jealous God. That is all a bunch of bull used by humans. There is no proof of any of this. Think about it (use common sense!). God would not send his own children to hell! Another thing is...why do people pray to God if God doesn't help them anyway? Why would he listen to peoples' daily problems if he doesn't even help starving people in Africa or Jews in the holocaust? Furthermore, Jesus was Jewish. If Jesus is truly God then he would not kill what he has running through his veins (Jewish blood!).

Has anyone ever done a comprehensive search (documented) of false prophecies? I am referring to religious prophecy? Are you aware that there are men and women today, mostly on TV, who regularly prophesy about this and that? As far as I could tell years ago, NONE of their prophecies came to pass. I am largely referring to the 'health and wealth' preachers, and also the JW's, 7th Day Adventists, Mormons, Christian Science, ad infinitum. I am most interested in whether or not any of you have done sudh a study, and what you learned from it ????
