Sweet Pea the bible tells us to die to self daily. God knows we will mess up and sin, but all he ask of us is to repent and sin no more. You should repent daily because you sin daily, and he will forgive you each and every time as long as you have a pure heart and you are trying to change. God Bless!

Yes God will forgive you.

If you give your life over to Christ in baptism for the remission of sins (Matthew 26:28; Mark 1:4; Acts 2:38, 10:43; Hebrews 9:22, 10:18), you be like a new creature or new creation (II Corinthians 5:17). God will forgive you, if you ask in prayer.

If somebody sins against you, and you don't forgive them. God won't forgive you (Matthew 6:15).

I do pray and repent on a daily basis.

God forgives all sin that comes from a truly repenting heart.

There are many who feel that when we are saved, born again, that all our sins are forgiven at the instance, and they are correct. Yet, that only refers to the sins that are covered by a truly repenting heart.

So if a man sins, and asks God to forgive him, but does not truly repent of that sin, will he be forgiven? No. He must ask from a truly repenting heart.

So it is good to ask for a fresh covering of blood daily. For as long as we are in this flesh, we will do things that are contrary to God. So as long as you truly are sorry for your sins, God will forgive you.

Israel made the same mistake as many Christian believers today. They became complacent when bringing their sacrifices for sin. It became a work instead of a true repenting heart. They brought what was needed by commandment for the sin offering, but that was only part. They needed to come to God with a repenting heart.

The same applies today.

And there is only one unforgivable sin. That is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. And so many today are blatantly doing it. They say things such as the Holy Spirit is not of God or does not exist or is of the devil. These things bring a man dangerously close to having no hope of salvation. It is so very frightening to hear people do such a thing knowing they can be lost forever.

Yes, he will forgive all your sins. You need to repent when you sin. Sin is disobedience...when you disobey God's instructions, you need to say you're sorry.

Of course, as I've pointed out to my son, it isn't just the words, it is what is in his heart that really matters. Anyone can say "I'm sorry" and not really mean it...my son has tried this strategy when he's trying to stave off some punishment he knows is coming. I always ask him what he is sorry for and when he can't tell me, I know he isn't really sorry, he's just saying the words to avoid consequences. On the other hand, when he can explain why he is sorry and why what he did was wrong, his words represent true repentance. That doesn't mean that he won't slip up and make the same mistake again, but it does mean that he is aware it is a mistake and he is making an honest attempt to avoid making the same mistake in the future.

Look for the obvious. Did you hurt, steal, lie, manipulate, hate, kill, talk bad about, condemn, cuss or yell at someone today. Or are you walking in the light of God and seeking His guidance. If you are then you have already repented. Jesus said "Go and sin no more". He didn't say "go and continue to sin and ask for forgiveness daily". It's really not hard to live according to God's spiritual laws. As a matter of fact I've found them to be the path of least resistance. You know what they are. Patience, tolerance, forgiveness, compassion, understanding, wisdom and love. It is not forgiveness you should be praying for, but the courage and willingness to live according to God's will.

IF you really want to have all your sins forgiven, you have to believe in the Bible, all of it. It says that once you become a Christian, you will not sin anymore or at least try not to. So why would you need to repent so often? Unless it is a fear that you may have sinned and not known it? Are you willing to give sinning up and work hard at it? If you are, then HE will forgive you.

Whenever you sin, and you ask to be forgiven, He will forgive you. It's not the fact that you fall, many righteous men in the bible have fallen and disobeyed God. Moses, King David, Elijah, Solomon.... It's that when you fall you pick yourself back up. Yet it's God who does the forgiving so why don't let Him tell you.

Proverbs 24:16 - For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

The point is when you fall to fix it. God had ought against Israel because when they fell, they wouldn't pick themselves up.

Matthew 18:21-22 - Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

Can we sin that much? No... The key is to come and ask for forgiveness and if our brother is to forgive 7x70 times, will not the Lord? Here's a good one:

I John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Some unrighteousness or All?

There is a sin in which you do not want to commit which will actually put a better perspective on this question. The unpardonable sin, "Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost". What is Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost? It's when someone knows the depths of God, falls into sin and continually rejects the counsel of the Holy Spirit. Thereby grieving the Holy Ghost and searing their conscience to the point of no return. It's not that God stopped calling, it's that they stopped hearing. Everyone who rejects the voice of God, their conscience will have Blasphemed te Holy Ghost before the end, creating a complete gulf between the goats and the sheep. So when you fall, just do what God asks and repent. I leave you with this verse.

Revelation 2:5 - Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

God forgives any and all transgressions an unlimited number of times. God is gentle, forgiving and understanding. He understands temptation and sins; this is why He is God, a forgiving, gentle God. Never think He will cast you into hell, punish or not forgive you; that is something used by overly zealous people who dare to presume to speak for God but in reality speak only on behalf ot their own egos.

Yes, God will forgive your sins through Jesus Christ.

Christians are not perfect, just forgiven. I have to ask for His forgiveness every day. Yes, He forgives me each and every time. My job is to learn from my sins and try to live a better and improved life so I don't continually repeat the same sins. That is what you have to do as a Christian.

You sins are already forgiven, paid for in full by Jesus.
You just have to accept him as your Lord & Saviour.
If a recent sin is bothering you, offer it up to Jesus in prayer.
We Catholics go to a Priest to make a Confession;-}
so that we can hear the words of Jesus for us again.
But once you've repented, trust in his promise, & sin no more.
