When I was in high school, about 15 or 16 years old, a lot of kids at my school attended a 'play' called "Heaven's Gates, Hell's Flames" at the local Baptist Church. I went with my boyfriend at the time to see it because he belonged to the church and a friend of mine was in the play. The play basically depicted teens 'sinning' or making bad decisions and going to Hell, and other 'good' teens making good decisions and going to Heaven.

At the end of the play, the minister called upon those in the audience who hadn't been 'saved' to come down and be 'saved' from 'Hell's Flames'. Of course, several young people did so (including my boyfriend at the time). I was raised Catholic (am now atheist) and thought it ridiculous and remained in my seat.

At the time I didn't really realize or even care what was going on. Now looking back I am appalled by the fear tactics used that night to get people to convert.

*Shivers*

You will never see an unbeliever question if Satan exists or not. Scroll through religion questions and answers. There is not one question reguarding Satan's existence.

SLAYER, VENOM, DARK FUNERAL & MARDUK

These bands clearly represent Satanism and the Satanic cult.

Now, the real question. Why do unbelievers of God always question the existence of God, but they are listening to music that praises Satan?

I think I smell a conspiracy here.

When was the last time an atheist rolled up beside you in his/her car listening to Christian bands like Sonicflood, David Crowder, Third Day or MercyMe?

This is why I do not believe atheism exists. I think it is nothing more but a pure hatred for anything Holy or anything that has to do with the Virgin Mother, God or the Christ.

Because if you study carefully. You will see more than a fair share of unbelievers that join Religion answers that are constantly condemning God or the Holy Bible. This is not what atheism is about.

Atheism means: "Seperated from God." or "Disbelief in God"

Atheism does not mean: "Talk about God or condemn God in a religious Question and Answer forum"

Why doesn't God show up and reveal himself?

Not like a "Look at this beautiful baby" or "See how complex an eye is" but actually say

"Hi, everybody. I'm God. Here's a couple miracles to prove it. These religions are wrong. This one is right."

If this would interfere with our free will, does this mean Adam and Eve did not have free will?

Or would you assume she had some sort of sexual agenda?

OR Republicans that you would NOT vote for, in regards to Abortion and Civili Rights?

From what little I have researched so far, there is NOT one Democrat that I would vote for, and a couple of wishy-washy Republicans.

I am still not sure who my vote will go to.

Please give your own opinion, here is just a little tiny bit of insight...

Love is the law, love under will

Although every Thelemite must interpret Liber AL for themselves, most Thelemites consider (in accord with Crowley's interpretation) that every person has a divine True Will, and that if everyone knew and did their Will, there would be harmony. However, since we are all in the process of discovering our own True Wills, there is sometimes conflict. For many Thelemites, a practical ethic of non-interference results: To interfere with another's Will and freedom is therefore most likely to be in discord with one's own True Will.

The fathers of Israel thought it would be better to form a new Jewish state in Argentina.....

"Shall we choose Palestine or Argentine? We shall take
what is given to us, and what is selected by Jewish
public opinion. The Society will determine both these points.

"Argentine is one of the most fertile countries in the
world, extends over a vast area, has a sparse population and a mild climate. The Argentine Republic would derive considerable profit from the cession of a portion of its territory to us. The present infiltration of Jews has certainly produced some discontent, and it would be necessary to enlighten the Republic on the intrinsic difference of our new movement."--The Jewish State (The Jewish Question),by Theodor Herzl.

Don't you think that the world would have been better place to live had Israel been in Argentina as planned earlier ?

Theres a girl right near me who eats all the time - she has 3 sets of sandwiches a day and snacks in between. And she always goes for the loudest, crunchiest ting she can find - french toasts, weatabix (i know - how odd) and procedes to eat them with her mouth open so you can hear it all. Shes not fat though - i think shes got worms.
To make it even worse - she hardly speaks any english and doesnt even try to communicate - like shes too good to talk to us. She mutters in a really low voice and trails off mid sentence and walks away when you actually asked her something you need to know the answer too.
She is driving me crazy - aaarrrggghhh !!!

Today someone brightened my day by e-mailing me a bunch of Maxine cartoons and quips. The one that got me guffawing was this:

"Do you realize that in 40 years we'll have millions of old women running around with tattoos and navel piercings? That's Scary."

Hmm. Crepe paper roses, anyone?

When a couple has a new baby, do you have to send a gift immediately or is it ok to send it within a few months? A good friend of mine out of state had a baby 2 months ago and I have been searching everywhere for a specific gift I want to get the baby related to her favorite sports team. Part of me feels bad but the baby is still a newborn so I was just curious. I'm going to be visiting her next month so I was planning on bringing it with me then. Is this ok?

Earlier today I asked a person this same question and found the results to be rather... dissatisfying.

If your god did not intend for men to commit acts of homosexuality, why did he make the prostate gland or the "male g-spot" (the most sensitive pleasure center in men) only accessible from the anus? Was he setting gays up for failure? I mean, if homosexuality is so unnatural, why are we equipped for it?
