I met this Christian girl who seemed so self-righteous and she asked me (as a Muslim) if I thought I was a good person. I told her only God knows, that I try hard and know in my heart that even if I'm not a great person Islam is good for me.

Then, she said I'm spared from the Kingdom of God and when I said omg on accident she said I had sinned and used God's name in vain.

I told her that God forgives people, but she said God is just and won't forgive people (even with repentance, unless through Jesus) becuz that'd be like a judge letting a guilty man free.
I had to go so I gave her my email and thanked her for the convo. But I found it a bit rude. I'm not saying all Christians do this but don't you think that there are better ways to go about spreading 'God's word?' than damning me to hell?

I am arguing with this extremist theist and I pointed out several horrible things in the bible but I don't remember the verses off the top of my head.

I need:
(in the book of judges) there is some verse where God orders two children to be killed for making fun of a prophet. Can anyone cite that for me?

I had a small but vivid dream about spirit guides. I don’t remember much about the details. But I was walking with a woman asking her for my guardian angels’ names but she reluctantly said I have to call on higher power for that (I think she meant I have to ask God for help on this question)… But she told me the names of my spirit guides – two females 1. Onelia and Marilyn were their names and to call upon them if I ever needed help… It’s weird… I pray more to my guardian angels for help and guidance….

What’s your intake on this one?

Do we really have spirit guides? I’m more of a believer when it comes to guardian angels.

The Bible does not mention homosexuality nor consenting homosexual relationships at all, it does seem to condemn pederasty, same-sex rape and sacred same-sex Pagan temple "prostitution" none of which are features of consenting homosexual relationships.

Jesus died for your sins, then why bother worrying about getting punished for your sins? do whatever you wish to do.

How i am going to trust someone believes that his sins is already been forgiving even if he commits a crime against me.? why bother to worry about getting punished for your sins if it's already been forgiven? so let's go steal, kill, lie, have sex...etc, it seems like you fear the state law more than fearing God.

and if Christians still ask for forgiveness and repent their sins, then what is the point of Jesus death exactly? Christianity is so CONFUESING.

What do you think the sorry state of affairs of having unclaimed human remains still in the morgue in New Orleans? Do you ever think they will be claimed? Do you think that forensics could be used to recreate their features to reunite tham with family? Someone should recognize them, don't you think?
