Okay, you've received some good answers and some wrong answers. It depends on who you're talking to:
to one close friend: "Ne m'oublie jamais"
speaking formally (not very likely) or to two or more close friends (possible, if you were leaving your school and your friends): "Ne m'oubliez jamais."
Whenever you ask how to say something with "you" in a foreign language, it's a good idea to say who you're talking to--most languages have several different words for "you."
(English used to, but we don't say "thou" any more :-)

Ne m'oublie jamais.
Also, here's a link to a really pretty song in French, "Ne Me Quitte Pas." The English version is called "If You Go Away."

in case you assert it like an order, like chatting alongside with your little brother asserting ´´under no circumstances overlook´´ while refering to some thing, this is ´´n'oublie jamais´´ or ´´n'oubliez jamais´´. in case you assert like ´´ to under no circumstances overlook´´ this is ´´ne jamais oublier´´.
