There have been a few times where people just don't take the time to lock the door when they want to use the toilet........why?
There have been times where I or someone I know walked into someone using the toilet.

Yeah sometimes we should knock too but this happend at public restrooms that have signs outside the door that change to show if the bathroom is occupied or vacant.....people if i see a sign that says vacant I assume its accurate..

Why don't some people lock the door when they pee?

We are organising a Halloween costume engagement party. (I know it sounds weird, but we both love costume parties and October is coming soon) What is the etiquette in terms of who to invite, do we invite good friends who we cant afford to invite to the wedding, for example? We want it to be fun and Halloween like, but also a bit classy and engagement like. It will be an at home party.(we have lots of outdoor entertainment space) Does anyone have any good creative ideas. I have no idea what design to do for the invites either. (I am doing them myself, but have creators block)Most halloween style invites are too tacky and most engagements invites are too formal. Also, does anyone have any suggestions for what costumes we should wear (we dont have to dress as a couple nessesarily)

I am always so polite and good mannered to people and then there are some that just have no manners whatsoever!

For example: I lent a girl at dancing $5 to pay for her concert ticket, she took the money without saying thank you and then stood on my foot without saying sorry (we were sitting down)...she also said that she would pay me back...and she still hasnt done that! ggrrrr these kind of people drive me nuts!!!!

I am really poor right, like I live on $400 a month, so really, really poor, yet poverty is not my question.

I want to join ISKCON otherwise known as the Hare Krishna's.

I dont want to be the guy who gives them everything I own, I just want to join there community, run around in a bright orange robe, and try and sell you books, then sleep in thier compounds.

Anyone know how I can become a hare krishna monk?

I saw an answer to a previous question that said that a study was done and the percentage had remained constant, but if people did not 'come out' before how can they assess accurately? I have a theory which no one can disprove. All our crops and animals are pumped with female hormones (oestrogen). That is why you have lambs producing tiplets and twins instead of singletons.; plants and crops fruiting in abundance. This gets into the food chain and water supplies. In addition the use of the 'pill' also gets back into the system. There is also strong evidence of this as fish in our rivers are commonly now showing signs of being bi-sexual. No wonder then that males are morphing into females. I am not homophobic, but do not shirk the issue by saying that society is more open and more people can come out without fear.
No, gays won't take over as they cannot procreate

prior to the invention of modern day technology there were no such things as computers, cell phones, and the like. These things simply did not exist, in any form. And yet it seems that over the course of only a few years it has gotten to the point where nearly everyone has a cell phone and you can barely get along without a computer. Whereas once phoning a friend on a landline or writing a letter was automatically deemed as the only option, instant messaging and the internet have now become, in some cases, a more common alternative to either of the above. How can it be that so many communication alternatives (computers, cellphones, e.t.c.) have materialized in the span of only a few years while the landline phone and letters remained the exclusive forms for decades on end? And how can society be so dependent on such alternatives when they may as well not even exist, as was the case for so many decades past?

Let us take as a fact that Moses wrote the book of Genesis:

http://www.nwcreation.net/genesisauthor.html

Please read Genesis 1: 26 - 28

26
4 Then God said: "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and the cattle, and over all the wild animals and all the creatures that crawl on the ground."
27
God created man in his image; in the divine image he created him; male and female he created them.
28
God blessed them, saying: "Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that move on the earth."

Now please read Genesis 2:7

Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Do you think Adam was the first man God made?

We have been together for a while now, and had just began the "marriage discussions" prior to this whole Jehovah interest. I still very much want to celebrate Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Birthdays, et cetera. We also have a small child together. How do you explain to a three year old, "Mommy can't come to your birthday party today because she believes in a different God than Daddy does..." Does anyone out there have any suggestions? Live in a multi-faith household? I do love this woman, but damn. HELP ME!!!! Can we even get married now? Are vows of marriage valid if sworn before separate Gods? HEEEELLLLPPPPP!

I want to create a website designed to fund raise for one particular story. How would I make it so that people could donate through the website? I know there's Paypal, but what about people without that? How can they just use their credit cards to donate? And how do I link it to a bank fund? Thanks.

if you believe in faries - or ghosts - or invisible pink unicorns - or other things you can't see or prove, it's called "mythology"

if you believe God answers prayers - or Jesus rose from the dead - or Mohammed rode to Jerusalem on the back of a winged horse - or when you die you get to live forever on a cloud (with or without virgins) - it's called "religion"

what's the difference? apart from the fact that more people believe in Jesus than fairies - I don't see it.
