no, but a few of them need to be told, "hey, it's okay to let ME believe in something imaginary!"

I don't think atheists and sceptics like myself believe it is wrong to believe in the imaginary, simply irrational. However, when that imaginary thing suddenly becomes an all powerful being people are willing to kill for, believe in the imaginary suddenly doesn't seem so hot anymore.

(P.S. A Thespian does have to have a good imagination. That doesnt mean he believes what he imagines is really happening.)

No, it's not. That's usually a sign of mental degeneration. Thespians may have good imaginations but they don't believe the things they imagine.

NO! Telling them that is a tacit admission that you, yourself believe or have the suspicion that what you believe in is imaginary. If you truly believe in something, tell it like it is for you.

As for both skeptics and believers I can only say to them both, "You will never make everyone the same as you are." so please stop your pointless arguing. It is much more pleasant for all to quietly believe and act out of your belief than to always have to wear your religion like a crown so all can see. Unless of course you too like acting.

But of course, it probably isn't so okay to be willing to kill people for things that are imaginary or to base your entire life around them, including indoctrinating the next generation into this fantasy...

As for atheists, I have never met one yet. Not a true one anyway. I have spoken with hundreds of them around the world. The one thing I have found in all of them is that they believe in something, they just do not know what it is.
As for skeptics, They just like to argue the fine points to make themselves feel justified in something. In all my life I have seen neither at deaths gate.

No. I'm completely fine with someone believing in something imaginary. But I'm not completely fine with people telling me that I have to believe in something imaginary too.

No, atheists, skeptics and the like just don't want to be told what they have to believe!

No.

We wouldn't care - except for thenutcases that kill, rape, torture, and steal in the name of religion. Nutcases like the current White House occupant, for starters. Nutcases like those behind 9/11 - oh, wait, I already mentioned Bush.
