That's extremely difficult for me to do without costing them money. As a mechanic, most people don't like irritating me. It's amazing what you can do to a car's paint with bologna.
I usually have to resort to jokes to not take it out on someone.

Best way to be in a bad mood for you :
Send you a teenage to convert you become Christian .
Not to take it out on people: Take 2 tbs Vic's Coughing Syrup, make you sleep for about 3 hours. That's enough to settle your mind and forget your bad mood.
1.Sleeping/ a nap, is my simple and best way.
2.Second best is try to laugh laudly. (Open some Jokes & Riddle here which have lots of stars and answers).
3.Jog/ excercise .
Me : I go to my breathing and excercising club. I get so much sweat and laugh.
With bad mood my "actions" always wrong and rediculous as I can't concentrate, and it's a real laugh.( this is not no.1 because I have to drive there)
4. Drive on the free way (better), turn the right music on.(laudly)
5. Open your Q&A ask the question you are asking now.

Why be in a bad mood? Remember if you are in a bad mood, it's because you *Choose* to be...no one can "make" you mad or upset, you alone are in charge of your emotions. So if you are in a bad mood, decide to do something that will make you in a good mood. If you decide to stay in a bad mood, stay away from everyone else. Otherwise, you are just being selfish.

I've got 2 short reads for you. Personally I find them invaluable when in a bad mood, but they're items that I try to re-read as often as I can. Bonuses being that they're nice and short and nice & cheap. I'm tempted to actually get a 2nd or 3rd copy of each because it seems like they're *always* on effin loan!
Excellent material though, genious writings by people who're worth listening to and who's words and opinions have been looked up to with great respect for thousands of years. (Nope, and it's not christian or religious. of course, being so ancient there is the mention of gods but it's easily overlooked and reinterpreted to suite your view)
1) The Emperor's Handbook, a good modern translation of "The Meditations by Marcus Aurelius".
Here's a few examples;
"If you're troubled by something outside yourself, it isn't the thing itself that bothers you, but your opinion of it, and this opinion you have the power to revoke immediately. If what troubles you arises from some flaw in your character or disposition, who prevents you from correcting the flaw? If it's your failure to do some good or necessary work that frustrates you, why not put your energy into doing it rather than fretting about it?"
"Seek refuge in yourself. The knowledge of having acted justly is all your reasoning inner self needs to be fully content and at peace with itself."
"Cut the strings of desire that keep you dancing like a puppet"
"If the universe is composed only of diverse atoms, deal is dispersion; if the universe is really one unified whole, death is extinction or transfiguration."
"Things upset you? Why? It's nothing to them." (From Euripides' Bellerophon)
"The cucumber is bitter." Throw it away. "There's a briar in my path." Walk around it. That's enough. Don't feel compelled to add, "Why are these things allowed to happen?" The naturalist will only havea a good laugh at your expense, as would the carpenter or shoemaker if you complained about sawdust or leather trimmings in their workshops. Still, these craftsmen have a place to throw their debris, whereas nature has no such place, yet the wonder of her craft is that she is able, without going outside herself, to transform what appears worn out, old, and useless into entirely new creations. She uses no materials outside herself and has no need of a scrap heap. She labors contentedly in her own space, with her own materials, at her own art.
2) Enchiridion by Epictetus - Why?;
Book Description
A first-century Stoic, Epictetus argued that we will always be happy if we learn to desire that things should be exactly as they are. His Enchiridion, or Manual, is a distillation of his teachings and an instructional manual for a tranquil life as it offers guidelines for those seeking contentment.
It's only 64 pages long.
Marcus in his mediations mentions being greatful to Rusticus for lending him Epictetus' Discourses from his personal library.
Nothin' makes the most of a bad mood like a learning great stuff like this.
It's funny how the best rules to live by apply evenly to emperors, average joes and in business. Maybe that's a good test to measure by?
If so, http://www.cygnostik.com/?page_id=94
At the same time misery loves company. There's nothing like sitting in a mood and looking up some good material on youtube.com to go with it. Some George Carlin! (http://www.cygnostik.com/?p=103) Other great comedy acts that some people my consider too angry or brutal and worth looking up on youtube;
George Carlin
Louis CK
Mitch Hedberg
Dennis Leary
Dennis Miller
Bill Maher
Note that google video can be great for looking this stuff up sometimes too.
Often just kicking back & listening to music is a great option. I'd suggest Combichrist (http://www.myspace.com/combichrist). Especially the album "Everybody Hates You", the current album "What The Fsck is Wrong With You People?"
Also;
Imperative Reaction
Older, VNV Nation
Older Apoptygma Berzerk
Assemblage 23
Panzer AG
Icon of Coil
Funker Vogt
Soman
System Syn
Suicide Commando
Front Line Assembly
Ayria
Android Lust
KMFDM
Zombie Girl
I could drag the list on forever in the interest of finding something might hit a soft spot for ya - or you can just check out ebm-radio.com - tons of crap.
I'd say that should cover a lot of it.
