It was an easy way out for school admission & weak to fight out the matter. It's not commendable. Unless, they found that Cristianity is better than Sikhism. I mention this because a person borns w/o choice of religion (parents religion is thusts upon the child, he/she can convert to the religion of choice after being understanding of self. I say that w/o understanding the circumstances of a family one should not hate or criticise them.

While I was in England I saw many Hindus and Pakistanis prefer Christain schools over the regular secular ones. At least the CHRI schools have values.
Changing faith altogether does seem going too far but I have no problem with it when it is done just for practical reason which does not harm any one. The problem would be if they turn around and start frowing on Sikhism.
Anyway way better than converting to Islam.

It is only done, just to take admission in good school, which, other was it was not possible, so this particular sikh family turned to Christianity. There was no other motive to get benefit regarding financial aid etc. I thing the steps taken by this family is not right, but at the same time i appreciate the good image of the christian schools regarding education standard in the whole world & in india also.

There is certainly no force behind these conversions. Economic reasons seem to be the compelling reason. Any way it is unfortunate if the reason behind it is what I have stated and the representative body of the Sikhs , the SGPC, should take notice of this and in extreem cases of financial crisis hlep them through charity.

frequently while young ones act that way there is something bothering them. while she acts up and gets advise, do no longer react interior an analogous rely she does to you. enable her understand which you're there for her if she ought to confer with you. Reasure her which you like her no rely what she does. while she does something stable reward her, while she is undesirable take that reward away. What I advise is communicate to your daughter and tell her that your going to be doing a chart, and this chart is going to be for you. once you have stable habit then you definately get a famous man or woman, and in case you have maximum of stars you get a reward on the top of the week. yet while she has undesirable behivior then she gets stars taken away. or you are able to reward her well-known with something which you already know that she would have the capacity to love. you are the parent no longer her. while she is being advise do renowned that habit, renowned the stable habit. She ought to alter from being advise to desirous to be stable. yet you ought to enforce the chart, you won't have the capacity to slip up and supply her something for being undesirable, of sense in charge. Be stable. you are able to as properly use this for the bedtime difficulty. tell her that everytime she sleeps in her own mattress she gets a famous man or woman, and on the top of the week upload up the celebrities and ask her what she desires to the two do or have for her sound asleep in her own mattress and being a great lady. quicker or later she isn't even going to understand that she is being stable or sound asleep in her own mattress at an excellent hour. i'm hoping this help you out or supplies recommendations on a thank you to help her. God bless you and your loved ones stable success

A friend of mine was offered free education to a private school for his daughter, if they converted to christianity.
Christianity has done a lot of good things for humanity, even though its methods aren't always the best.

I m very confused. when there was a time A Sikh sacrifices all his belongings for the sake of Guru (Sikhism). and the time has so changed that a Sikh is going to sell it for minor interest. I could not understand how it has happened. Please help, if you can.

My comment is ---"it might happen that the family members have found christanity a good religion as compared to sikhism.Parents always do things that r beneficial to their sons and daughters so they have done.I agree with them."
