I'm a strong christian(baptist), but when ever their are sermons on what hell is like and how tortuous it is I begin to doubt my spirituality/faith. Is this normal?/is there any way I can stop this?

I heard this really weird rumor that during the month of Ramadam, Muslims save their...um, bathroom materials and carry it in a bag all day. I am not being funny, I actually heard this somewhere. I mean no offense whatsoever. I want to get the facts straight. If there is a site where I can get more information on the practices of Muslims, I would like it, please.

the man can beat his wife lightly if she dresses immodestly or does not pray, etc.
I once heard a young Jehovah's Witness say it was proper for him to "make" his wife study the Bible.
When are these wives going to stop letting their husband treat them like one of the children?
And why would the men think their God approves of forced praying and forced Bible study?
Isn't that religious terrorism on a smaller scale? Does that attitude extend beyond the home?

Many Christians say that the "messiah" promised in the Old Testement is Jesus who is also GOD. Do Jews believe that the "messiah" promised is going to be GOD in the flesh? Will GOD Himself actually come down to earth and become the "messiah"?

Quite a few people have come up and said I have a beautiful singing voice to join the church choir. (at least 7 people on different occasions)

I was watching the movie The Queen, in the begining it showed Tony Blair had to ask the Queen if he could be the Prime Minister. 1st of all why the hell does the Prime Minister have to ask the Queen permission if the people elected him? It should be none of her afair. 2nd of all does she have any political power over the country. Or is she a big celebrity. What does she do and the whole royal family do? It seems to me that you give them lots of tax money to go on vacations and live in mansions. Get back to me on this.
