Would you white folks get offended? It's all in jest anyway. I refer to my anglo friends as mono-lingual or one language people all the time. I have no intent to hurt them. So far no one has taken any offense and most get a laugh out of it. I'm just poking a little fun at their inability to speak another language.

Have you ever seriously thought that the only reason you are a Christian is because of where you were born or how you were raised? If you were born in Iraq you would be arguing about the Divine word of the Koran and Allah, or if you were born in India you would probably be Hindu and reject Christianity the way other religions do.

What did you enjoy as a child that would be considered too dangerous today? Here are mine:
1.Rode my bicycle all over town, no helmet of course.
2. Played kick-the-can in the street after dark.
3.Galopped on a horse through the farm fields and woods with a younger cousin; no helmet of course.
4. Stayed out trick-or-treating with my best friend till the last porch light in town was turned off.

Hebrews 6:4-6

4It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit,
5who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age,
6if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because[a]to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.

And Mark 3:29
29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin."

So, given that I am a former Christian, and am therefor guilty of the first, and since that time I have denied my need for salvation or the possiblity of such, therefor guilty of the second...Why do Christians think converting me back would do anything? I've commited the only two sins which Jesus said he can't forgive.

I am a Muslim and I believe you should treat each person the way you want to be treated - with respect and kindness.
So fellow Muslim brothers and sisters...how do you treat non Muslims??
Whenever I meet a non Muslim I treat them with respect and kindness. I don't think of them as an evil infidel or treat them badly or show them disrespect. Rather I want to show them that Muslims are not the enemy, that it's better to be friends than enemies.

I know that people of all sorts go to war protests or whatever. i'm wondering if Christians ever protest him for the fact that he claims he's doing God's will. What sorts of signs would they hold up? Something along the lines of "You're not a TRUE christian"??

My highschool was just being finished up from remodeling over the summer and the gym's inside
was being painted with our school colors and decorations, etc.
Lots of the kids who are going into the senior class next month volunteered to paint it and my brother was one.
and this little, Christian, witch, Adria just happens to also be one of them.
Late Friday afternoon, he and she were the only two left.
and she claimed that he raped her.
We have no reason to suspect this is true because he came home just like any normal day, he's been doing this for two days out of the week
for the past month, and nothing seemed out of place about him or anything.
Now, she was taken to the hospital, and was found with semen in her that matched my brother's blood type.
However, the thing ppl don't know is, she was dating my first cousin who was a senior off and on at the same time
and his family is Christian. And she completely denied this to the doctors because they asked her if she was seeing anyone and she lied and
said she wasn't.
you know the type..blonde, gorgeous, rich daddy, loooveeesss Jesus yet a total s l u t who can't keep her legs closed
and a b i t c h to everyone? Yet she gets away with it because she's so active in the church, and leads the youth group bible study.
So no one believes you who doesn't go to your school and everyone who does is already friends with her and they're just the same?
Her parents are just as bad, they were somehow able to get intelligent Design taught in our school, which wasn't too hard because the entire school board is either
Orthodox Christian or Catholic.
My brother would honestly never do anything like this!! He is the sweetest guy. He
helps out at the homeless shelter, and sometimes does food drives for my school.
And my parents and I, believe this was some type of ploy against my family because we're Atheists.
She has never been nice to me OR my brother. My brother really liked her one time and asked her out
and she told him to spazz off, because she wouldn't date someone who was stupid enough to sell their soul or some stupid crap.
And that really hurt his feelings.
He is only 17 and we don't think it's fair that she said that just because my brother is an Atheist.
What should we do?

There is an urban "myth" that a group of people decided to live in the disused tunnels and passages of the London Underground, and evolved in to a distinct society, never having seen the light of day.

What do you reckon?

Clearly stated in the bible (KJV):
Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book.

Ok, they might did not change what was written, but they teach it diferrently.

1 [1-17] The precise division of these precepts into "ten commandments" is somewhat uncertain. Traditionally among Catholics Exodus 20:1-6 is considered as only one commandment, and Exodus 20:17 as two. Cf Deut 5:6-21.

Why is that? I believe that there's a difference between teaching the ten commandments the way it was written and the way you only consider what is enough or right. The impact is different.

There are so many people killing their children. Proof of critical times hard to deal with foretold in the bible of the last days.

Please give these parents places to bring their children rather than think they have to end their lives to protect them from poverty.
