There are so many people killing their children. Proof of critical times hard to deal with foretold in the bible of the last days.
Please give these parents places to bring their children rather than think they have to end their lives to protect them from poverty.

The news is heartbreaking now with so many innocent babies' lives snuffed out. It breaks my heart. I wish I could raise them for you. Please do not hurt your children. They are precious in the sight of God

the Dept.of Social Services could possibly take a child
the child would then be placed with either foster parents or in a group home by DSS
this scenerio may not be availale in all states

In some states, (Louisiana among them) anyone can bring an unwanted baby to any hospital, police station, fire station and a few other places and leave them there with no questions asked. The baby then becomes a ward of the state and available for adoption.
This law is intended to protect the growing numbers of babies who are simply thrown away, some after having been murdered by disturbed young women who have managed to conceal their pregnancies from their family and friends.

Hello Debbie! Please do not listen to wsidrfan2, he just does not understand that we really care about what happens to children when they are unwanted. I mean it's always sad for a child to end up as an orphan, but that is better than never having a chance to live! Maybe if there was more information on parents wanting to adopt available. Either way, Jehovah God will soon take care of everything and make this earth peaceful and we'll never have to worry about things like that!

If more people would not insist to raise only their own children there would be so many more foster places (I hope you are raising somebody elses instead of your own).
Though if you haven't dealt with raising a child with severe autism or fetal alcohol syndrome yourself you should be careful before setting others this task. Some more teen education about birth control and pregnancy risk factors would be more to the point.

You actually have a post that I agree with! If people would quit protesting abortion clinics and put their money, time and efforts into building homes for unwed Mothers and opening their homes for unwanted children, then the world would be a better place.
There are waiting lists of people wanting to adopt newborn babies...we need to get these people together with those that feel they have no choice but to abort.
We also need to let anyone who can provide a stable home, financially, educationally, emotionally, etc...adopt...be they a gay person, or a single person.

People don't realize the long waiting lists of parents waiting to adopt babies. Sadly, many people seem to think that abortion is the best, easiest alternative. However, the scars are far greater for the "choice" of abortion than adoption, especially knowing at least one person is killed 100% of the time through abortion.
Babies are adopted much quicker than older childen because they are much more moldable to your family lifestyle and are less likely to be troubled (with less chance of abuse). It's the older children that are much more likely to be phased out of the foster programs and never have a stable home.

Anyone can bring a baby to the fire station or the police station with out getting charged for abandoment, or worse, murder (in CO anyway).
Or...they can bring them to my house, I will love them and take care of them!

Given the number of childless couples eager to adopt, I think giving an unwanted child up for adoption is preferential to abortion.

give them up for adoption, but sadly many american children aren't adopted, becuase americans are going to other countries to get children. i think abortion is just wrong and i agree w/ you. i wish i could help. when i grow up and after i have my own kids i want to adopt some

are you willing to adopt those kids? people dont "kill their children" because if they did they would go to jail. why dont you lead by example?
to Kimmy: so your logic is rather the kid be an orphan then never have a chance to life...wow! honestly wow! question why do a lot of poor people commit suicide?
