I am curious, I read on a regular bases commits about Christians, churches, and Christianity in general, and there is such an anger, a hatred in so many commits, and I am curious why? I can’t speak for Christians or churches in your area, but I can tell you how they are here in the coal towns of SW Virginia. Many in these small mountain towns depend and would suffer greatly without these people. Bag lunches are fixed and delivered to hundreds of school children who are now out for the summer, who other wise would have no lunch. When there is a death in our community the churches come together to prepare hot food, bring chairs, tables, drinks, groceries, to the family to help with the influx of family and friends for the funeral. At events like the 4th of July, Labor Day, and Christmas parade, they hand out free bottle water, coffee and hot chocolate.

As a Christian, please give your defense to the above subject matters, and tell me why they are not a problem to you. Do you think that it's ok for kids (and adults) to read, watch, and play with fantasy material, as long as they don't engage in real occult practices? How would you keep them from getting involved in real occult practices, if they enjoy this fictional fantasy stuff? P.S. With your answer, consider what the Bible has to say about being involved in occult practices.

First,I'm a Christian myself,

Second, as far as alien life is concerned,especially intelligent life;my opinion based on the Bible is that there is no(with the only exception being microbial life maybe) other life in our solar galaxy.More than likely becuase when God created intelligent life,He purposely separated us 1 intelligent life form to a galaxy,proabably becuase we are created to serve&please God,not to just revolve around ourselves&/or marvel at the other life forms.

This is response to this answer on my other question for if evolution and Christianity can somehow tie in.

If I didn't get regular violation notices I'd think I was doing something wrong. But imagine my astonishment when this perfectly innocuous answer was purged by the Yahoo! team --

A Catholic just told me that Christians can still believe in evolution because monkeys came first or something. Yet sometimes I see atheists use evolution as a prime example of proving that Christianity does not exist. Couldn't Adam and Eve have been like monkies or something? Did humans have to be the first thing they created?

I guess it could be that they are under so much pressure from the world since everyone knows who they are! But some of them have fallen grealty! And its disturbing to me because it kinda does damage to the reputation of others even though they had nothing to do with it. Not all evengelists are the same! There are some true warriors out there who will do anything for God and help others. Some forget that we are human beings and human beings make mistakes! Sometimes very costly ones! But is it being under the spotlight that makes it more difficult? Of course secrets cannot be kept forever! If Someone has a problem with adultery or lust it does not take long for that to be exposed!

My uncle is Catholic he just told me God created monkeys first before us and that is why there is Evolution.
So in the Bible did it say that the humans came first or the monkey?

Let's say for a second that there is a god, the christian god even. If you were the devil and wanted to coruppt people wouldn't you start with the bible? So how do christians know that the devil didn't put stuff in the bible to through them off track of god's true will. beyonce and her family attends church but the things that they do don't match up with thier beliefs. Beyonce is dating a big time rapper(Jay-z), he doesnt really believe in God and smokes and does typical rapper stuff. All her firends and family say that he's a nice guy, but what about his soul. They also are planning to buy some houses together. She also dances in a way that i don't think Christians shoudl dance and sings secular music. solonge had a baby out of wedlock and then supposedly got married to cover up the fact that she was pregnant. Kelly isnt really out there and michelle is in between gospel and r&b. They all thank God at different award ceremonies, but shouldn't you sing and dance about music that glorifies God? I dont understand how you can profess that you are a christian, but you dont live like one. I know that God judges the heart, but if you are a true Christian then why aren't you living like one.
