The importance of being an Overcomer cannot be stressed enough. God tells us that anyone who believes that Jesus is the Son of God is Qualified to be an Overcomer
1 John 5:5
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
and eight times in the book of Revelations Jesus orders us to be overcommers.

That's because we take our focus off of God and allow our flesh to deceive us. It's happened to me before but I praise God for His mercy and everlasting love. It has been only through Him that I have overcome adversity and sin in my life. To God be the glory!

To be spiritually minded vs. carnally minded. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. There is no temptation that has over taken you that God has made a way out. I guess that is the answer to be victorious over the enemy.

Because this is Satan's realm. God and His Son are weak here.
Satan is everywhere. His powers on the earth are nearly without limit. God is strong in heaven and in our hearts when we are blessed, but Satan is the power here on earth.

8 times,? really? jesus didn't write the book of revelation. itwas just some guy named John(possibly) who had a really bad dream. it shouldn't even be IN the book

cmon now.
read the bible. satan doesnt have omnipresence, that means he cannot "tempt" different people on different parts of the earth at the same time.
to imply hes tempting you is to say he has nothing better to do with his time.
