So far there has not been a single intelligent answer from the straight people who oppose us.

"It's disgusting." "It's not natural." "We need to keep making babies." "God created a penis to go in a vagina."

Those are not valid (or intelligent) reasons to hate a group of people. If you are using one of these as your logic for hating people...then you're just plain stupid.

I think it is disgusting for people to pick their nose. But I wouldn't hate a person just because he did it!
I'm Catholic...so I might disagree with what some other religions say...but I wouldn't hate someone just because they are a different religion than me.

You all rely on your own views about God and the bible to make an argument. And that is just sad. If you can't have a serious debate and present actual reasoning that makes sense...it just shows that you are an ignorant, hateful person.
Why do you care what gay people do? They are not harming you in any way. Frankly, I don't give a crap if you think that I am "disgusting" for being gay. I would probably think you are a disgusting human being for continuing to spread hate in this world instead of love like God wanted.
But I wouldn't say I hated you just because you like the opposite sex.

To hate someone that you don't even know just because they do something that you might not necessarily do is just ridiculous, sad, barbaric, pathetic, and ignorant...and it makes you a waste of human life.

If you oppose homosexuality, it begs the question what you're doing hanging out in the LGBT section, for starters.

The obvious answer, though, is that you're probably ambivalent about your own sexuality on some level. People are always trying to make it impossible for the things that frighten them (by exciting them) to exist.

See cgriffin1972. Poor guy. What a case. Let's all hope he finds a boyfriend soon, with a nice hairy *** like he goes for.

(Incidentally, you've gotta love the people who pretend to be concerned about the population dipping if too many people "go gay"...lol. There are 6 billion people in the world. We're not rebuilding after the Flood.)

I don't believe it is a normal or healthy lifestyle. A "If it feels good, Do it" attitude towards life always will make you feel like you need just one more thing to make life complete. You will never be fulfilled.

Basically the choice you made is to live a hedonistic life. One can easily document the failings of this choice. Man needs to deprive himself from immediate satisfaction. Better to plan for the long term.

Read the post here on the board. "If only gays could marry", "If only gays could adopt", "If I only could have a child with my partner"

Well, gays can do everything straight people can do in a marriage. You can wed, you can own property jointly, bank accounts jointly, have wills, living wills and all other legal documents, as everyone else should have since the legal system only provides a minimum. The only thing you don't get is a piece of paper from the gvmt saying your married. Big whoop. I don't even know where mine is.

Gays have to realize their decision doesn't allow them to have kids with their partner. Nothing anyone can do about that. Sure one can have a kid, but in our legal system where Grandparents don't have any legal right to see their grandkids what rights do you expect for the stepparent in a gay relation? Hell, Dad's only get awarded custody in less than 10% of divorces.

So with everything you do have, why are gays still feeling empty? I'll say it's the choice you made. If you want to feel fulfilled, accepted, and happy, dump your lifestyle choice and live a life that will get you where you want to be.

And don't lie by telling me you were born that way. My stepdaughter led a miserable life as a lesbian. She left that life and in now happly engaged to a nice man. It can be done.

jonjon418 i have to agree with you. There are many people that are against lgbt in this section leave the section then. i personal am truly kind of hetrophobic to the farmer boy guys they scare me. I think they are homophobic because they think that gay guys are looking at them but that usally just the nasty boys that we all would not give a first look at it the 1st place.

I guess not religion based, I just don't care. The Bible tells man and woman should be together, and homosexuality is a sin. But we all sin anyway, there is not one person who can't, so why do we care? I think we all **** on gay people cause we are too stuck up to admit our own sins. But when you turn around and look at yourself in the mirror, I think that pride, and selfishness are even more disgusting of a sin than homosexuality.

I think there is no reason opposed to homosexuality, which has no religious basis.

I don't oppose it. If that's your thing, then fine. I prefer a nice soft caring woman myself. So I can understand lesbianism, I guess.

They are not going to give you a decent answer on why they oppose us...someone already tried asking this question and NONE of them were man enough to answer it...they are cowards hiding behind their computers.

Doesn't eliminating religiously based answers pretty much eliminate most opposition to this topic? :-)
