When Hitler did such evils. He may have been a Catholic but not a very good one, he may have renouced his faith, etc.

He was basically worshipped as a God by his followers, and he had strange belief systems about a perfect race that lived in the center of the earth.

He burned churches, and other houses of worship, how could he have been a good Catholic?

The food is good for them and so is the LORD. Isn't this a good way to show Godly compassion?

The charity is inspired by the spirit of the LORD. Is there something wrong with children learning this?

No true Christian tells the children they must get saved or starve.

Both yin and yang?

Maybe some people only see one aspect and not the other, and some people think there are more than one god because of these two?

Angels carry the positive qualities...devils carry the negative only?

While humans carry both? albeit on a smaller scale?

I wouldn't think they would push anything on anyone, or try to change your beliefs.
But I'd think they would listen to any idea out of curiosity.

I wonder this because doesn't it break the celibacy vow that they are supposed to follow upon becoming ordained? And the Buddha stated that monks are supposed to be celibate and are not to engage in sexual intercourse. If they are unable to be celibate then they should not become ordained.

When it comes to solar evolution, you believe that the universe started in a big bang. From this kaotic mess, you believe that the universe became more organized and complex on it's own, even though this violates all known scientific laws.

The only option that makes sense is that God created the universe. But why are the Atheists not willing to even entertain this option?

This was our first home and we didn't have a lot of stuff to fill a 4 bedroom home. So we told them that if they don't want to haul everything away we would love to keep it. We were expecting a few things but they left everything. We eat off of her dishes, drink out of her cups, and take showers with her shower curtain. I'm not bothered with it but sometimes I think about it. Would anybody be extremely bothered by it, or would you think it was a great deal.

Are some religions more intellectual than others?
I believe that faith should not be blind, but should be backed up by an intellectual argument.
This doesn't necessarily mean "Facts" because I believe that Faith can be intellectually discussed on a very deep level. What do you think?

I would not say I go looking to get shot by people that is not my plan, but my plan and I don't search for trouble. But I do go out in the World and ask people about Jesus when I am called and yes I could be killed but that is my will to tell about Jesus and if I get shot doing then I get shot!

26 million people have been infected in the last ten years alone. With all the prayers and worship, why hasn't your god cured one single case?

Christians are always going on and on about the "power of god" and the "power of prayer", but in this case, it seems like god just doesn't care about those millions of babies in Africa. I guess he wants those families to all learn lessons in overcoming adversity?

He cures migraines and arthritis all the time. I know. I've seen people on television with bad headaches literally stand up, pray, and have their headaches go away (which is amazing) but the HIV victims prayers seem to fall on deaf ears. It almost makes you think that "we cannot know god" but when he made this poor Grandmother with bad arthritis get up and moonwalk... well... you just gotta get excited!

I'm not even going to mention amputees.

Had Constantine stuck with the Roman pantheon, millions of people would still be worshiping Apollo, Mars etc

Funny isn't it!

I'm not Catholic at all, I just thought of this and laughed my head off! LOL

When discussing the issue of "ex-gays," several contributors stated that they know many "ex-gays" who are happily living heterosexual lives. One person commented, "I have known both homosexuals and ex-homosexuals. The ex's I have personally met are completely happy with the fact that they have left that life behind them...In fact - their desire is for their spouse...All of those that have - that I know - have no regrets leaving homosexuality behind."

However, the same contributor has also stated, "I may not agree with homosexuality, or think it is natural in anyway shape or form..." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see why any "ex-gay" who knew her opinion on homosexuality would tell her anything other than he/she is happy.

People eager for your acceptance are going to tell you what you want to hear. What is really in their heart or said in prayer between them and Christ may be different.

If Paul didn't believe in it, declaring to the contrary that:
"If for this life only we have believed in Christ, we are of all men most to be pitied" (I Cor 15:19)

then why is it still in circulation?
Atheists don't accept it,
and Christians should see it as unbiblical.

Can nothing kill the wretched thing off, or will generations of the uninformed evermore wield it like some magic sword?
