Well,
I think there should be a distinction here.
There is "physical" light and darkness; one being the presence of emitted light from an object, the other the absence thereof. These to my own understanding have no particular association to the existence of right and wrong (wrong being the *negative* opposite to right). But they are associated with the emotional, instinctive reactions they commonly produce in people, so they are frequently used as a metaphor for good or bad.
In terms of the metaphor we all know that light equals righteousness or things positive, and darkness equals the opposite. But when used as a metaphor, I think it significant to remember that they do not possess the same "physical" properties as "real" light. One can exist without the other in a person, though both can sort of exist at the same time and no person can be devoid of both.
However, that being said, I also believe in the "law of opposition." Meaning that I believe that righteousness cannot exist without wickedness, or positive without negative, and that both of these states are brought about by the existence of law or a standard which demarcates them. So I see darkness or evil, as a natural opposition to God, which develops through existence of law and freewill.
Remember that negative automatically assumes the position of anything positive, so in metaphor, negative is anything wicked, evil, or just plain not good. As God requires things positive from us and us to be like Him, He therefore cannot embrace the negative, nor consist thereof, as this would be contradictory in nature to a being that is "the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow."
Having the ability to experience both righteousness and wickedness gives us the opportunity to choose which we will follow and also the opportunity to change from one to the other.
But if Jesus once commanded us to be perfect, even as God, then I venture to suggest that logically, man can progress to a state where they possess only "light," or righteousness. Or that they might also choose to embrace darkness, but that once this mortal life is done, during the final judgment a delineation will be drawn and man will be one or the other, but not both. Man chooses now what he will become.

Yes, this is true. All that exists in this universe is of God. Nothing is exempt no matter what. Every particle in the universe contains the whole/parcel of God. This is not only in ancient Hindu scripture, but also discussed among scientists as a theory.
It is said that even enemies that hate Krishna with a fury can still achieve enlightenment because the mere thought and focus on Krishna regardless of feeling (love, hate, lust, etc.) gives one liberation.
Evilness, sins, etc. all that orginate in man's ego. It is our ego that is ignorant of our separation from God. We each all contain both positive and negative qualities within.
Goddess Kali is both the creator and destroyer of the universe. She is the black void where all things are born and destroyed in. There is a similiarity with the black hole in the universe. It sucks everything into it, destroying it. Stars are also born from the black void.
There's a lot of fascinating things to learn about God in Hinduism.

Negative and positive are manifest in this realm but God (Allah) is beyond this because he is not of his creation and he is ONE.
But God's attributes (divine names) may be manifesting this yin and yang effect as the 'two hands of God' - an Islamic concept. You might like to read this article written by a non- Muslim, as far as I am aware (though married to a Muslim called William Chittick) Islamic scholar:

You do have to be careful you don't get into some kind of dualistic thinking here. There is danger in that. Because with God, everything is mercy in action, even what we would think of as retribution. Its just that many humans can't comprehend. that. Plus you have to be careful here because there are those that think that satan is Yahweh reversed or a negative god (God forbid). But this is blasphemous. Satan is of God's creation, as are humans and angels and djinn. It is just that satan has been given some "hold" over us for a time. I use inverted commas because this is not real power because only real power belongs with God. And Satan will be cast into hell along with his minions (devils) and those that have followed his cause at the end of this earthly time.

Let me place the verses of Quran to answer your Questions:
36:36 Limitless in His glory is He who has created opposites in whatever the earth produces, and in men’s own selves, and in that of which [as yet] they have no knowledge.
6:1 ALL PRAISE is due to God, who has created the heavens and the earth, and brought into being deep darkness as well as light: and yet, those who are bent on denying the truth regard other powers as their Sustainer's equals!
6:149 Say: "[Know,] then, that the final evidence [of all truth] rests with God alone; and had He so willed, He would have guided you all aright.

No, due to I consider God perfect in perfecting his children. How could God be negative if He is in the business of perfecting His children, I would say this is a positive thing. Do you call correcting a child negative or do you see it as positive? God loves us so much he wants the best for us. Could it be that most think God's negative is his righteous anger?

Yes. It's called pantheism, which is a belief that God is everything. Consider how all things are linked through chains of events. For example, just by stopping to answer your question, you have irreversibly altered my life's path, and I will go on this path altering other people's life paths, and they'll go on to do the same as well.
I consider myself a pantheist.
