Again, not being disrespectful, a serious question. How can it be called "Free Will", if choosing in only one way will not lead to eternal torment. Not much of a choice, not really a choice at all.

OK, I'm 14, and I am just starting to learn french on my own. (Using programs, watching French movies, etc.) and I was thinking about it. If I speak French, will I have an "American Accent"? How would it differ from a native French speaker?

I notice a lot of restrooms, especially ones at eating establishments, have absolutely no hot water. All the employee must wash hands notices are posted everywhere and then the water is freezing cold. Why are there so many restrooms with no hot water?

i want to figure out life, i want to understand it completely, so i can become perfect.

i've been pondering this for 10 years now, and i've gotten absolutely no where. all this thinking has only brought me worry, stress, depression, and regret that i had to go through all this, and waste my life.

everywhere i go is another dead end, i keep struggling to finding the answer that will bring me perfection and eternal happiness. and even though i know that nothing in life is perfect, and nothing in life springs eternal happiness, i keep pushing myself to finding the answer to life that will bring it to me. why can't i do something about this endless struggle?

i'm 18 now, and i'm still at square one. what am i supposed to do? i just don't even know what do anymore, because its seems i've tried absolutely everything. i want my life to be worth something, but i just can't find out how.

is this just another stage that i have to live through, or is this an illness that i don't know?

more cellebrally challenged than they are?

I have noticed that people who believe themselves to above par intellectually are impatient and arrogant towards the average joe when they are dealing with them. Its probably irritates them when they cant understand why the average joe doesnt get something that they understand pretty much clearly.

Have you also noticed this? And do U think my observations are true?

Here are the traits of a narcissist according to a psychology handbook:

* Grandiose sense of one's own abilities or achievements * Fantasies about having exceptional power, attractiveness or success
* Sense of belonging to an exclusive group of people who truly understand each other
* Need for constant praise
* Expectations of special treatment
* Exploitation of other people * Lack of empathy for other people * Envy of other people or a belief that you are the subject of other people's envy
* Haughty or arrogant behaviors

I once dated a person who had these characteristics. Let me tell you it was just awful. These traits appear to be opposite of the people Paul talks about in Galatians 5:22-24 who are led by the Spirit.

they'll call you a racist. So how would you refer to a black/ African American person the way that it's not offensive? Why do they take it so personal? WHY can't they understand that they've left me no choice to refer to them? What's wrong with being an African-American? LOL

what are these words?
in contradiction, in my opinion, christianity, judaism and Islam all proclaim that their holy books contain the words of God. But they all transgress the interpretation of the spirit, which says ALL scriptures are good for correction in righteousness. All scripture was given by inspiration, Does this also include the Book of Mormon, or does it always exclude everything other than the bible.
I believe God spoke to me, and right away I have heard the words of Jesus which are not written in the scriptures.
All the words therefore that proceed out of God's Mouth are NOT written, and people who forbid the revelations of God are therefore in great error.

How is it that Jesus saved the whole human race with him being in only one part of the world? how did he save people living somewhere totally different dealing with different issues other than christianity versus jewish. Like for example how is it that he saved north and south america with him being on asia? Also who wrote the bible and how do other people know that God talked to certain people? Being 13, one of the biggest things that I have noticed in Public Middle School is that many kids whom are gifted with mental ability (Honors classes, GT classes, etc) do not wish to use their gift. Apparently, being stupid makes them cooler?

Has the United States come down to hiding natural talents just to fit into with the vast majority whom are not as gifted?

I'm not saying the vast majority is stupid, I'm saying that there are smarter people whom try to "act" or even "be" stupid to
"fit in".

It may sound crazy to some of you who are not currently in middle school (Most of you) but it's happening. I myself even found myself becoming a victim of this. People would make fun of me for getting As on tests, and I decided I had to stop. Then I realized - Suceeding in school does not make me any less of a person at all.

I realized that being smart does not make you a "Geek" or a "Nerd" (not that I was ever called that)

Why do kids hide their talent? Opinions?

Timothy 4:1 and 3 describe what the doctrines of devils teach.
devils preach abstinence from meat and forbidding marriage. I think this verse alone condemns the law of celibacy.

but when Jesus defended those that "cannot" accept marriage, he defined that Eunichs are made by kings and some are by choice.
so concluding that forbidding marriage is of the "liars" that pretend to teach Gospel truths, and seeing that not everyone can live the commandments of marriage, I conclude that Marriage is a greater calling.

For example, If you are familiar with the culture in Mexico,
you'll see that people actually do Worship Mary.
They have Shrines of pure Gold for her, some people get a big rock, put it on their backs, get on their knees and start crawling, shedding blood, until they reach the Shrine.
Roman Catholics in Mexico always say things like Mary has the Power to do miracles, they Pray to her, and Thank her for responding their prayers. There are even stories on how the Statue of Mary walks at night and helps out the poor (Not Joking). Its seems like Mary is the one being Worshiped. Alot of Catholics Churches seem to have all their focus on Mary.
So, why do Roman Catholics get angry at Non-Catholics for saying Roman Catholics worship Mary? When it is evident that they do?
Isnt the Roman Catholic Church "United" as they claim?
Im Not bashing anyone, im just saying the truth about Roman Catholics in Mexico.
