He without sin may cast the first stone.
Take the log out of your own eye before you take the log out from your neighbours eye. A long time ago this wise man walk the earth he said many wise things for us. The world would be a better place if we all understood what he had to say, more than what what happen to him at the end.

"Judge not lest you be judged"

I don't know why so many people these days have this anti-judging attitude. Read 1 Corinthians 5. Paul told the Corinthian Christians to expel the incestous man from their congregation. Modern Christianity is becoming more and more stupid. People are told that they can do and believe what they want. God will hold them accountable.

It depends on what you mean by judgment. Everybody discerns right from wrong - that is not judgment. To judge is to condemn. In other words, I can watch someone steal and say "That is wrong." No judgment. But if I say, "He is going to hell for stealing," then I am judging.
As for which is the worse sin, it depends on the sin being judged. It is worse to muder someone than to judge the murderer.

What do you mean by "judging?" Is it judging to call sin "sin?" Is it judging to show that a certain action, attitude or belief is contrary to the Bible? Hypocrisy doesn't necessarily negate the truth, it just makes it harder to accept. If, for example, a murderer said that murder is wrong, would we de-list murder as a felony offense or just find fault with that particular one who stated it?

There is no such thing as sin. There is ethical and moral behavior and there is unethical and immoral behavior. The answer to your question based on that would depend on the severity of the immoral and unethical behavior you were judging.

No sin is a worse sin then other... the only thing that makes a sin worse is how the sinner feels about it...guilty, ashamed.

To God all sins are equal However judging others ( judging a sin,in otherwords saying something is wrong ) is not a sin judging the other person is a sin and then you will be judged by the same measure you have judged,

i'm a Christian man and to my faith it is a sin. the moral of this i think u would have to take up the faith and let God work in u to u'r understanding but i believe there is a good reason behind it in logical sence as well.

Do not judge other's sins, but just let them know what you have learned...
hopefully, if you really have the truth, you can help them.

It is no worse than mudering your pastor, or being late for work without excuse. It is all the same where it counts, in God's eyes. (no I am not saying murder your pastor if you plan on being late for work.)
