That's hard to say. Episcopalians don't say the Hail Mary, but she has a place of honor since she was the mother of Christ. We ask to follow her (and other saints) example in our lives but we don't ask them to pray for us as Roman Catholics do. So, I don't think Christ would have a problem with the respect and place of honor she is in, but he might have a problem with the people who go overboard.
