Like back in the days when they put cocaine in it.
Or is original sin a boring less potent form of sin.

I work in the healthcare and I'm involved in various healthcare initiatives and groups that are relatively mainstream - the Heart Association, Diabetes Association, American Cancer, etc. You see their information everywhere, they provide screenings at health fairs, they target schools, businesses, etc.

However, when I attend any type of a GLBT community function, such as Pride fair, whether in my own community or larger communities like San Francisco, I rarely see any presence from these organizations. I see agencies related to mental health, substance abuse, HIV, etc. -- all important issues within the GLBT community -- but it seems as though there's no effort to provide "general" health info to the GLBT community. More people will die of cancer and heart disease, but you don't see that info. It's seems like there could be a stronger focus on linking health ed resources with the GLBT community, or should we assume GLBT people will find that info on their own?

...wouldn't you have to agree that something smarter than us is behind life and the orgin of our universe? You don't have to call it God, but no one has an explanation for the orgin and creation of things that doesn't spawn a thousand more questions. Even the non-believer has to admit God is as much a possibility as anything else. Unless I'm wrong, is there another explanation that can be proven? If not, then at least admit the possibility of God.

Ok......so I went to a website that was supposed to tell me how I was going to die. I forgot the website but it said that I was going to be devoured by wolves........................................
The funny thing is that I want to become a zoologist and study wolves , I've wanted to do this since I was 7.
Does anybody else think this is weird?
Was it just a coincidence?
What do you think?

If someone says something derogatory about a black person, a latino, an asian, etc., then they are called a 'racist'. But why is there an actual term for someone who says derogatory things about Jews: anti-semite? If I say something bad about a Jew, why can't I just be called a racist? Are the Jews so special that they get their own word?

According to my faith you are Going to Hell. You have made your choice. You will stand before a Just and Holy God and be judged for you sins. He looks at lying, stealing, lusting, hating and cussing his name as Sin. He will have to send you to Hell for these sins. He has provided a way for you to get out of this punishment but you have rejected it. The way is in believing in His Son Jesus Christ. If this happens to you today you will be in Hell. Hell is a place of pain, torment, sarrow and fire. Please understand This is not rying to be hostile towards you. It is Just gage your reaction to it.

Maybe it makes you feel closer to them? but you know your not because they are non exsistant???? Or for that matter do you even burry then or creamate them? Do you keep the ashes??? I usually get mean answers back, im not trying to insult anyone, I 'm just curious.

ok, even assuming that the original, uncut, untranslated books of the bible are the inspired word of god, assuming god does exist, why would you believe that it's not possible that men such as kings would have had it altered or edited in order to control people?

I personally think "God" was created and imagined by people to explain the things we did not understand like the ocean, nature, animals, weather, etc... There has to be a higher being that created all this beuty and unexplainable phenominas like lighting, right!! Now we have an understanding about how the world really works and yet people still are insisting that there is a God. Every culture in the world has some sort of religion that they believe in as much as christians do in God. So christians another question! Is every religion in the world wrong besides yours?

First, how are embryos created for in vitro?

Fertility doctors create embryos by removing eggs from a woman's fallopian tubes and fertilizing them with sperm in a petri dish. Because of the pain and expense — one IVF cycle can cost up to $10,000 — and a failure rate of more than 60%, doctors routinely create more embryos than they implant in a woman's uterus. Those left over are frozen for possible use later.

Those embryos, are created in an 'unnatural way'. A man and a woman did not have sex to create them they were formed in a lab in a petri dish. Perhaps that in itself would be an 'abomination' in the eyes of God and would have been documented in the OT, had the process been around when it was written (just saying.)

Women release an egg every menstrual cycle, that we know from experience, most of the time is never fertilized. Which is why a lot of women would like to donate their eggs to stem cell research, because they aren't going to use them.
