If any of you plan on transfering to Pacific Union College, I would think twice If I were you. My sister goes there, and she's not happy there at all! The policies that this college institutes is just ridiculous. You have a curfew everyday at 11pm. There's always someone who has a key to your dorm room and they open your dorm room in the middle of the night and flash a light on your face to see if your there, I call that invasion of privacy. Whether you bring mom/dad, brothers or sisters into the dorm, the people always say, "sorry we have to get approval from the dean before they can go to your dorm room." I mean my god why do need approval from the dean if your bringing your sister, brother, mom/dad! I went with my sister to her dorm room, & the person was staring at the security camera the entire time. The people here are weird and trust nobody! You also need approval from the dean before you can go home! They wont let you leave campus if you go somewhere else besides home!

Messianic complex is a psychological state in which the individual believes him/herself to be, or is destined to become, the saviour of the particular field, a group, an event, a time period, or in worse case scenario, the world.
People with Messianic Complexes tend to see themselves as saviours to a specific group of people or a specific field, making claims of their own glory, or claiming a self awareness of their own gift and how that gift can affect a group of people or a field of life.
In the worse cases, people with Messianic Complexes may see themselves as spiritual/religious Messiahs with transcendent powers who are destined to save the world.

The creation of Earth, in the Bible it say that the Earth is 4000 years old, yet there have been rocks found on Earth older than a billion years and it has been proven that Earth is 4.3bill years old.

Creationism: So you believe we just popped out of God's hand? Evolution has been proven but stubborn Christians deny it being taught to children or that it's true.

The Big Bang: All Christians deny the happening of the Big Bang for 2 reasons, they believe in creationism and they don't understand it. The big bang was not an explosion. It was caused by a massive black hole reaching singularity therefor releasing all its contents and is currently expanding at the speed of light. It has been proven by astophycisist that the universe is expanding and galaxies and stars are moving appart. Therefore proving the Big Bang.

My husband and I have recently taken on the responsibility of bringing in my mother to live with us due to a recent illness. He has been so very supportive and I really want to show him my appreciation but I unfortunatly can not make it as private as I would like. how can you truley know how they live if you never been there before?

i have been there and the women live quite luxurious lives.maids in each house.and they shop at stores like chanel anytime they want.they have universities for women.and this is how the average saudi woman lives.and you call that opression?

im not saying there isn't room for improvement.because saudi does have their issues that need to be taken care of.but don't jugde a people until you have been around them.

Why did God create the whole universe?
What motivated Him to create the everything?
If it is a feeling such as love, loneliness etc... Why was He feeling that way?

I doubt that there is God, I ask these questions to know more about him. These questions, until anwered fully and clearly, will serve as a hindrance for me in believing Him.

Anyone else going to turn to Snuff (nasal snuff for the benefit of the Americans) once the smoking ban comes in.
I have done a little research and it's cheap £1 a tin which lasts most people about a week, doesn't harm anyone else and does not cause anywhere near as many health problems as smoking.
Any veteran snuffers out there with advice?
