The whole of Revelation 16 is a prophesy of what is to come. Words cant explain the meaning, u need to pray about it, it is the sort of thing u can only understand through God, and it is more like ur soul understands it, rather than your brain.

16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
And they gathered them together to Armageddon - Mageddon, or Megiddo, is frequently mentioned in the Old Testament. Armageddon signifies the city or the mountain of Megiddo; to which the valley of Megiddo adjoined. This was a place well known in ancient times for many memorable occurrences; in particular, the slaughter of the kings of Canaan.

The seven vial judgments in Chapter 16 refer to the power, holiness, and glory of God. The verse you are referring to, "And he gathered them together into a place, called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon", (KJV), refers to the place where Babylon has its final downfall.

In means behave yourself all the time because you don't know when death will come. Instead of thinking it will never come or it doesn't matter if it does. Its about judgement for everyone, eventually.
