My gym teacher told me that I was 20 pounds over weight. I'm 16, 5'3 and 145. and she said my weight should be in the 120s. But I'm from the Carribbean and no black or latin woman is goin gto be 5'3 and 120. Thise weight charts are outdated and based on the average white person's body. Minorities are going to have a higher body fat percentage because of the climates we live in.

I have worn balaclavas all my life starting as a child when my mother knit them. Here in Canada I wear balaclavas almost every day. I wear them in stores, malls, social gatherings. I have never had any negative comments. Many have been favourable.

Mixing the wearing of balaclavas with those of the police and the religious connotations taints the reality.

I want to say I apologize for offending anyone. It is my deepest desire that all could see the truth, and my strong words can seem to be a bit offensive. There is a truth that exist, and if any man wants to reach it, perhaps this will help;

Consider your life and all that you believe if its outside the will of GOD as putrid sinful and misconceived reality, weep and cry that you are purged, for tears are a sign of a truly contrite heart, and that is why we weep because we are deeply ashamed, and we want to find the true path of spiritual enlightenment and be blessed with godly wisdom. Toss yourself at GOD fully, cry and moan and cry everynight all day if you must, then, if your heart is rendered ready to receive, you will find that there is something that lurks within your spirit, the truth will arise, and it will set the path of your life ablaze FOREVER.

Do you really want to fidn the truth? Or is it that you are happy with your life is it is?
