Al Salam Alaykom ! I have a question about praying...
When do you define that your prayer has exceeded it's time??
Because I usually pray after that Azan in like half an hour or sometimes longer..but never after the Azan of the next prayer? Am I doing it in a wrong way??
Another thing, in Wudu'u ... usually when washing everything we have to start with our right "parts" first...but sometimes I start with the left .. is it considered wrong..If I do it I do it by mistake..

I am very interested in science and technology which has taken me away from fables to reality. Dr. Ian Stevenson's research on reincarnation can be searched on the internet which I'm sure will clear your disbelief of it as Dr Stevenson is not of a religion that believes in reincarnation. Also Sir Arthur Keith's scientific findings of the evolution of mankind proving Darwin theory is fascinating to learn.

don't get me wrong, i am a Christian and i have a really strong relationship with God. Its kind of weird (and annoying i must admit) that people say that certain games are demonic... for example... if you guys know DOTA then take a look at this link... http://bibleforums.com/showthread.php?t=246

also ive heard of many things in the past... saying that other games... starcraft, warcraft,diablo, devil may cry and other games, people say that we should not play them because its demonic...

my personal opinion is.... I JUST PLAY THE GAME FOR FUN... for example in that controversy about dota, i just play it to kill time, to have fun with my friends. I dont apply in my life what i get from dota.... so that is why i think this is kind of odd... I just play these games for fun and i dont get into their demonic messages(IF they have any) so my fellow Christian friends.... I need help, please give me your opinions about this topic... thank you...

By putting them in a "bad light", wouldn't that essentially be trying to erase history? No different than folks who insist that the Holocaust wasn't real because it puts the Germans and Catholics in a "bad light". What did they intend to prove with that?

It truly amazes me how much people freak out now at non politically correct comments. Its like they have lost all ability to be non conformists. How did our society become so brainwashed? i first must know, do christians deny that the old testiment is true? which ones do? what reasons do have to belive that the new one is true but not the old one? and finally, what makes them think
the current testiment will not one day be the old, if it was tossed out and replaced that would mean it was heavily changed and flawed, so everything your doing now based on the bible would be meaningless?

is it wierd that when i looked up at the screen after i typed "canged and flawed", it said i had 666 characters to work with? i swear it did, you could actually count it out if you wanted.

"Just recently my son Bobby came out to me. I had been worried for awhile. His teachers said most of his grades were slipping and he seemed depressed and withdrawn.

Bobby said he'd been hiding it for awhile because he was afraid I would reject him. I sat him down and told him that I loved him and that God loved him, but that his salvation was in danger if he did not resist his unnatural tempations. I told him how being gay would mean he would live a shorter life, and that if he couldnt change his orientation he could be celibate like most the ex-gays are. He started crying saying something along the lines of "I knew you wouldnt understand! You're just like everyone else!" before running to his room and slamming the door.

Today most of young people opt for "Live Inn". You live together and feel better than getting married to same person and lose the romance in life. This only started off as an answer to someone elses question but it kinda evolved into a question of my own;

I'm a catholic who lost the faith a long time ago. I have thought long and hard about re-finding religion, but all the events in my life, whether tragic or exhilarating, have never inspired me to give due thought and acceptance to the fact that religion is nothing more than an over-cooked conspiracy...I am not an Atheist, but i have a lot of unanswered questions.

How does a proven and totally logical explaination to our existence like evolution get over-looked and nay-sayed, just because it doesnt co-enside with the story of Christ?

If God's design for humans and humankind so idealogically perfect, why has man been correct and improving this for centuarys.

And the age old question: Why do bad things happen to good peope?

I could go on...
