My 9 yr old daughter started telling some children in school that she is collecting money to donate to the poor, some of her classmates have contributed to this cause. She has opened up a bank account and decided that all of the money she deposits to this specific account is going to go to the poor at the end of the year. She is interested in getting the word out asking others outside of her school for donations as well. She is a very good hearted child and very sincere in wanting to help people in need. Once she collects for the poor her she wants to come up with another charity to collect for next year. I am interested it finding out if anyone knows if it is necessary to create a non-profit organization, if she starts asking the public for donations? We were thinking of creating a website as well...does anyone have any ideas or insight on this topic. I don't know much about doing this and I would like to encourage my daughter with this project. Thank you

I see alot of people online that state how proud they are of their age, isn't that a little bit immature? I mean yeah, ok, but also I see some people my age with alot of wisdom, and people who are alot younger who may be smarter than me. How in the He** did they get so smart? And then one time I wrote about how teens and younger kids keep getting smarter and smarter than the previous generations and years. All, I'm saying it's that it amazes me you know?

I also wrote this one time, and some teenager said I was jealous. Um, no, I'm just curious. Actually, I think they are in my same level, or I think like a teenager.

I'm talking about the ones who dressed up as black stereotypes for MLK Jr. day (like carrying handguns and dressing as Aunt Jemima)? Were they trying to make fun of the stereotypes? Were they just racist? How can they not know how offensive it was?

we are destroying lives, the planet, and creating very bad karma during our life time. this is a negative cause and therefore a negative effect will follow for all human kind. negative effect involves loosing lives, on both ends of the rope, destruction of the environment and our spiritual realms will also receive an negative impact to all of our surroundings in the the realms of life. Lets all unite to reject this monstruous DEVIL WAR is the DEVIL IT DESTROYS LIFE. Do not fear the devil coming from somewhere out there it comes from our lives and the causes that we do with our lives, as far as word, action and deeds.

I think that god wants us to show our loyalty to him through faith. That is why no one can go to mt. ararat. Its cloudy most of the time that satlytes go there, and its a snow capped mountain. There are a lot of other cases too, what do you think?

My grandpa passed away a week ago. He was in a Hospice center. His mind was very strong, but his body just couldn't keep up. I was able to "talk" to him alone a couple hours before his death. I told him all the I'm sorrys and the thank yous. I told him how much I loved him and that I just wanted him to be at peace. The nurse came in to tell us she thought it would only be a couple hours till he was gone. I just busted out, I'm ready to mourn, I'm tired of seeing him like this. I have had many loved ones pass. Like with my other grandpa, It has been 10 years and I still have not let that one go. I guess because I never went to see him. Not because I didn't love him, but if I saw him then I had to accept he was sick, so If I didn't see him, he was fine. But something is so different with everything now. I feel peace. A peace I have never felt before. Why is this? I have never been into the church thing, so I don't know what to think of it. Just advice would be great. Thanks

I think I might be transgendered but I am scared to talk to anyone about it. I do not get along that well with my parents, my friends are pretty closed-minded (and we don't talk much anyway), there is no GSA or PFLAG n my town, and I don't want to talk about this with my counselor. For instance, since I do not believe in Santa Claus I would not get angry at someone who insists that if I don't leave out milk and cookies I will get no gifts. I do not believe in the Nordic gods so I am not angry that a Nordic follower would believe I went to their hell. The same goes for any religion that I do not follow. Why do people get so angry if I believe they might go to a place they do not believe exists? I'm not trying to insult anyone, just understand the logic.

last week i was wearin a shirt that was a little too short.i had to give a speech in front of the whole school.(like1000 people.)i am a junior in highschool and i was really nervous. i was standing next to some of my ex friends who had to make speeches too. One of them leaned over in the middle of my speech and pantsed me!!!my underwear came down too!!! since my shirt was too shirt everyone was staring at my private parts and laughing. it was so embarassing and horrible. i was so angry at the girl!she posted pictures on the internet for every one to see!. What on earth should i do?everyone stares at me in the halls and i feel so alone! at least the girl got suspended but what should i do??? i really need help.i dont know why this had to happen to me of all people!
