Hold your head up high and act like nothing's happened. It isn't easy but if you ignore the comments and stares, they'll stop. People do that to others usually because they themselves are feeling as insecure as you, or more so... They look for people who're nervous or insecure. It's hard when you get made fun of & are bullied at school but if you can manage to ignore it, it can also make you stronger. Don't change schools; running will make the problem worse, imagine if someone finds out why you've changed schools, not only will they laugh about the incident but they'll also know they can make you run!

I was very shy in high school but if people stare or comment now (I go barefoot everywhere by choice, sometimes I wear bells in my hair, I've done some acting gigs & such wearing all sorts of costumes in public) I just grin & wave at 'm. I'm pretty sure I learned that because I had to overcome the jokes from some of these bullies; without that I'd probably still be like most of them, trying to conform & worried about 'what people think'.

That's a horrible thing to happen to you & I understand how you feel. There is no easy way to overcome this - just try to ignore it, as though it never happened & obviously avoid the other girl. Don't lower yourself to her level by responding. Above all, don't let it stop you giving speeches & doing things like that - if you let what happened ruin your confidence the other girl has won. Very soon there will be something for the school to talk about & your incident will be forgotten. Good luck.

If you're not strong enough to face it ,,
probably you can change school ..
Your other consideration is just ignore,
what had happened will start to fade,
and they will just forget about it..

Any big news,,, are only big when they new,
then other news will come, until your news
will be forgotten . .
