why do people make it sound dirty when 2 young kids say they are boyfriend and girlfriend? i speaking of 6-10 yr olds.

WELL, HONESTLY ONE SHOULD NOT MAKE IT SOUND DIRTY, BUT CAUTIONARY.
KIDS THAT YOUNG DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DYNAMICS OF RELATIONS TO A LARGE EXTENT & NEED TO BE TAUGHT.
CREATING A DIRTY OR REPULSIVE PICTURE IS A DEFINATE NO-NO. MAYBE PARENTS NEED MORE EDUCATION HERE.

I don't know that they look at it as dirty. I would say abnormal is a better word.
