I know that your popularity is important to you at 13, but you should never put aside something you enjoy doing for the sake of other people. If people stop liking you just because you play a video game, then you will just be free of some very shallow people, which is a positive thing. Heck, you might even meet some "uncool" people that enjoy playing Pokemon, you'll be able to talk to them about your interests, and you won't have to worry about what they think about you; you can meet some of your best friends by following your interests. So, I say play Pokemon, enjoy it to the fullest and follow any of your other interests too. Forget about what other people might think about you and things will be great.

As children we are considered innocent of many things. I don't have stats for you, but I would believe most children "play doctor". It's a part of learning. I don't believe God would consider it a sin unless the child knew what they were doing and knew it was a sin and continued in the same fashion.
God is very forgiving. All we have to do is ask. He is especially forgiving of children as they're not all messed up like us adults.

The only sin not forgiven is Blasphemy of the spirit. All sin is cleansed by the blood of Jesus. All one has to do is pray for forgiveness and ask Jesus to be the Lord of their life.
John 8: 31 " If you abide by my words, you will know the truth. And the truth will set you free."
There is but one name given that a fallen man might be saved. The name of Jesus.
Christianity is a way to be free of guilt and pain. Not a rigid doctrine to rob you of your joy. The naysayers just enjoy their carnal natures to much.

It's only a sin if you learned it is a sin. I drove a friend to a clinic to get an abortion which is a great sin against the Catholic Church, however, I didn't learn that until after I had done it.

I really don't think it could be a sin, it is very natural, humans are curious about everything, that includes their bodies, and the bodies of others.

Tell her that religion is merely a personification of the unexplainable, and the Bible is a false treatise.
