Lust is to have an intense desire for an object, person, thing to the point where you become obscessed or consumed by what you desire. You begin to fantasize, talk about it, and it becomes a sole focus over all other things. For example, money and sex are the sole focus for some people because of the passion of their flesh.

In a simple definition it is a strong desire. In the Bible It is a desire that draws us away from gods way. Its that type of lust that compells us to want things that God hasn't meant for us to have . We usually link it exclusively to sex one of our strongest desires,but not all sex is driven by lust. God designed us to be attracted to a mate to be not just procreating but to have a passionate desire for our mate and to fulfill intimate sexual desires
