Of the religious beliefs held by twins raised differantly. For example:

1) one muslim and one christian.

2) one started church at age 2 and the other at age 12

3) Both raised religious , but only 1 was taught science.

Most of us are belonging to particular religion because of an accident called birth. Religion needs understanding whch needs some input. Each religion talks about different GODs. It is confusing. !!

Three little boys were concerned
because they couldn't get anyone to play with them.
They decided it was because they had not been Baptized
and didn't go to Sunday School.

So they went to the nearest Church.

But, only the janitor was there.

One little boy said,
"We need to be baptized
because no one will come out and play with us.
Will you baptize us?"
"Sure," said the janitor.

He took them into the bathroom
and dunked their little heads in the toilet bowl,
one at a time.
Then he said, "You are now Baptized!".

" When they got outside,
one of them asked,
"What religion do you think we are?"

The oldest one said,

"We're not Kathlick, because they pour the water on you."
"We're not Babtis, because they dunk all of you in the water."
"We're not Methdiss, because they just sprinkle water on you."

The littlest one said,
"Didn't you smell that water!"

They all joined in asking,
"Yeah! What do you think that means?"

"I think it means we're Pisscopailians

I work with a girl who adamently says she is not allowed by her religion (Mormonism) to work on Sundays or do literally anything at all on that day other than going to church and then coming home. Yet every Sunday, I see her (and other coworkers who are devout Mormons) at work having a grand time. I also happen to be related to several Mormons, many of whom have requirements to be at work on Sundays, either every week or simply on occasion, and none of them have ever once mentioned such requirements/restrictions due to religion. My grandpa for example is a real estate agent and Sunday is a vital day for home buyers and sellers.

Is that girl making up her own religious rules and calling it Mormonism while not practicing what she preaches or is this really how things work?

Does anybody use it in their prayer/meditation/whatever regularly?
I mean, it's used in India, it's mentioned often in the bible, it's used by Native Americans and many native tribes around the world.
I've read that smoke allows us to see the demension of the spirit world.
Does anybody else feel it helps make things otherworldly during their worship times?

Now that Christians are training their kids to challenge their teachers about evolution and the age of the earth etc, do you think teachers should be trained to intellectually humiliate these students in front of their peers?

My first reaction is no, but then it really is their parents who are using them for political eands and in way that can be damaging to the ducation received by other students. So perhaps if these students were made to look like ignorant fools, their parents wouldn't be so eager to use them as weapons.

Why do girls love gay guys so much? Whenever I tell a girl that I'm gay, they talk to me, say hi in the hallways, pass notes to me in class. Before they knew I was gay they wouldn't say more than two words to me, now it's like "Hey, guess what happened today? Hey, I said hi to you in the hallway and you didn't notice me! Hey, got a boyfriend yet?" So what's changed? How does being sexually unavaliable make a girl obsessed with you? I would think it would be the other way around.
