We learned all about the generational names in a class of mine. Interestingly enough, they don't really have a name chosen yet for that later generation. However, Generation Y is typically said to go beyond 1989...I think maybe to 1995 or farther? I believe my professor might have mentioned a name that could end up being what they are known as, but it wasn't a good one and wasn't likely to end up being the ultimate one. Generations are often nicknamed after what they are known for, like the "Traditionalists" and "Baby Boomers"...and the last 5 generations all have multiple names, some more telling of what they're known for than others. Therefore, I think it will take time before this newest generation is given a nickname because they're still young and aren't associated with anything big yet (and the way the world is going, I'm sure they will be!).

um well seeing as gen x was 61 to 81 your question is already off. y is 82 to 02 and this generation iz gen z
